We have a beautiful, tastefully decorated 3 bedroom-2 bath condo unit. We pride ourselves in providing everything you will need for a great vacation. Just bring your bathing suit and suntan lotion.
Unit #5401 is family and adventure oriented, on the first floor, next to the basketball court, waterpark and playground. It sleeps 8 with 2 queen beds and two bunk beds for 4 twin beds.
All rooms have Air conditioners, night tables and radios.
Enjoy all the luxuries of home while relaxing in the TROPICAL SETTING surrounding Aquatika Beach Resort Condominium. Spend the day sunning by the beach, the morning floating in one of 5 pools, or sliding down the water slide (open on weekends), play a round of golf at one of several nearby golf courses, or hike a rainforest. These are some of the activities you will be able to enjoy while staying at Aquatika. For those guests staying 7 nights or more, I usually give them a personal and complementary tour of the El Yunque rainforest, if my schedule permits.
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN.
The kitchen has stainless steel refrigerator with ice-maker, ceramic-top stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. All the dishes, pots and pans, silverware, cups, and grill utensils you may need are provided.
WASHER AND DRYER IN UNIT.
For your convenience we will also provide you with some detergent.
BALCONY
Relax on the hammock, grill a nice steak on the BBQ, or have breakfast on the breezy balcony while watching the kids play right in front of your balcony on the 1st floor unit.
IN THE APARTMENT
We have ceiling fans in the dinning and living room area, AC in all bedrooms. Watch your favorite movies or TV shows on cable TV. Included are an assortment of DVD movies, table games, and a domino table for your use during your stay.
THE BEACH
We provide the beach chairs and towels, as well as a cooler to tote your drinks and snacks for your outings. Take in the view while gliding on the water in the 2 person kayak available for your use. (Life jackets, seats and paddles available in the apartment.)
Enjoy a game of miniature golf, play tennis, basketball or volleyball. All necessary equipment for these activities is provided.
Find your favorite stores at the Outlet Mall, catch a movie at the movie theaters, drive a K1 hi speed Go Kart, or try some Caribbean cuisine at one of the many restaurants in the area, all within a 20 minute drive.
Take in the fabulous views of the beach, the gardens and the half moon pool. A perfect place for a family vacation, to explore the many adventures available in the northern and eastern part of Puerto Rico, to relax, or for a romantic getaway.

Discount offered on rentals that are less than a month away. There is a $10 per person, per stay, mandatory resort security / usage bracelet fee that is payable at check-in. Absolute maximum of 8 persons per unit strictly enforced.

Excelente lugar para vacacionar con la familia.
Apartamento cómodo con excelente ubicación frente al parque de juegos, justo al lado de la cancha de baloncesto y a pocos pasos del waterpark. Todo muy limpio. De fácil acceso para personas mayores. El Sr. Ángel Díaz siempre se mantuvo en comunicación con nosotros y dispuesto a resolver algún incoveniente que tuviéramos. Muy amable. ¡Definitivamente regresamos!

Excellent Family Place
Great apartment to stay, comfortable and clean. Accessibility outstanding it is next to the kids park, basketball court and walking distance from the water slide and main pool. Angel the owner was very kind, caring and flexible. Looking forward to future stays
