Beautiful Brand new Ocean View Penthouse 3rd floor with elevator. Spectacular Views and relaxing sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a totally equipped terrace on the rooftop (Penthouse). With counter, sink barbecue gas grill, dinning table, in the evening you can just relax under the tropical sky and stars or lounge during the day and soak in the sun.
Equipped and furnished with the amenities that will allow for an unforgettable vacation experience.

All rooms have overhead fans and A/C
Beach chairs are available around the pool area.
The unit also provides bath towels and beach towels
Maid service is not provided but a washer and dryer is located in the unit if you choose to wash items during your stay. A few rolls of toile paper and a roll of paper towel is provided. 1-2 towel sers are provided per person per stay.

Lovely owner, complex
When planned a trip to Puerto Rico on short notice this year. Everything seemed to be rented. We contacted Damaris, the owner of this apartment. Her property was leased, but she was kind enough to help us find other apartments in the complex. So we didn't see this apartment, but the complex is clean and pretty, with a nice pool and beach. A nice launching point for day trips. It's a bit of a drive to decent restaurants. Most importantly, Damaris was lovely.

Great Place to Stay
My wife and I stayed here for a week and found the condo to be very well equipped. The complex is in a gated area and very quiet. You will need a vehicle to get around but the location is centeralized between San Juan, great beaches and the not far from the rain forest. The complex has several nice features including a swimming pool, fairly well equipped gym and the roof top terrace is a real bonus. We would definitely consider going back.

Comfortable and clean condo with everything you need.
We had such a great stay at this condo. The condo is fully equipped with everything we needed and more. There were beach towels and even a cooler which we brought with us daily for our drinks and in case we found any produce or seafood out on our adventures. The complex is tucked behind a residential neighborhood with great security. There is an awesome rooftop private dining area up a spiral staircase. Love that there is a large BBQ and even a sink with running water up there. Perfect for evening relaxing! We spent most of our days exploring but it was so nice to come back at the end of the day to what felt like our home away from home. Damaris was so helpful with directions and even gave us the name of a great roadside food stand. There is a nice pool close to the condo on the property but you do need to walk around the complex to walk out on the beach. You will need a rental car if you stay here but you will want one anyway if you plan on doing any kind of exploring as there is so much beauty to see in Puerto Rico! One note though is that at the time of our stay there is was no wifi in the condo itself. It is a short walk to the guard station where it is available. I just used the internet on my smart phone. I would definitely recommend this property and we will be coming back! Thanks Damaris!
