Whether you're longing for rest and relaxation, a great family vacation or a romantic getaway, our beach vacation home is sure to please! A short flight of stairs take you to your second-story abode and the beginning of your amazing vacation! Our resort condo sleeps 6 comfortably, has 2 fully-equipped bathrooms and 2 balconies that let in a cool, relaxing breeze that will blow all your cares away. The home is tastefully decorated and furnished with your comfort in mind.
The resort sports some amazing amenities, including not one, but two, crystal-clear pools, a tennis courts, a half basketball court, a fitness center and a beach volleyball area. Best of all, it has access to a very beautiful, very private beach!
With such great amenities, you might want to spend all your time at the resort. But, if you’d prefer some of your adventures happen outside of the gated community, then no worries! There is plenty to do nearby! El Yunque National Rainforest is only 9 miles away and is a great place to commune with nature! The majesty of Old San Juan, with its cobblestone streets, historic architecture and towering fortresses is 22 miles away. Luquillo Beach’s white sands and coconut palm-lined crescent beach is 12 miles away.
THE BEDROOMS
The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed (which sleeps 2 comfortably), a flat screen TV and its own private bathroom. The secondary bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Both bedrooms have ice-cold air conditioning! Both bathrooms have hair dryers.
THE LIVING ROOM AND DINNING ROOM
The living room has a queen size sofa bed (which sleeps 2 comfortably) and a flat screen TV. The dining room has a table with 4 chairs and a bench, to conveniently sit 6. Because the condo has two balconies with floor to ceiling windows and screened sliding doors, the area always enjoys a refreshing breeze.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen has all-new, stainless steel, appliances. There are plenty of ceramic salad and dinner plates, bowls and coffee cups, as well as pots, pans and baking dishes. The cupboards have a good array of spices and coffee and ice tea mix are provided for your enjoyment.
A FEW EXTRAS
The condo has a washer/dryer combo, iron and ironing board (in case you are in Puerto Rico on business), beach chairs, cooler, pool noodles, basketball, volleyball, tennis rackets and tennis balls.
FREE WIFI
In case you don’t want to be completely disconnected while away from home, we have provided high-speed wifi internet for your use at no extra charge. Instructions for connecting to wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival.
YOUR SAFETY AND WELL BEING
Both your safety and well-being are important to us. If needed, you will find a basic first-aid kit, heating pad, ice bag and ice pad for your use.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
• Check in after 3:00 PM
• The condo is a gated community. Upon your arrival, go to the gate and give your name (you must do this every time you enter the community).
• The unit is off the 1st entrance of the B building (first building on the left), left side door on the second floor.
• The key is located inside a lockbox located on the wall in front and to the left side of the door. You will be sent the code prior to your arrival.
• Please inform us of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately.
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
• Check out before 11 AM
• Return key to the lockbox
• Prior to departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
o Remove all perishable items
o Take out the trash
o Strip linen from all used beds
o Place all used linens and towels in a pile
o Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances, including the air-conditioning (please note the a/c takes about 30 seconds from when it is turned off to actually cut off.)
o Close and lock all windows and doors
• Additional fees will be imposed if condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it.
We hope you will enjoy your time spent in “la isla del encanto” (the isle of enchantment) and in our beach condo. If there is anything we can do to make your stay even better, please let us know!

Great property in Loíza
This property has everything a family would need. The condo is very clean and had all the amenities to make our stay very comfortable. We are a married couple with two teenagers and we felt like we were home. The gated community is well manicured. Access to both pools and the beach is a short walk away. We spent most of our vacation exploring beautiful Puerto Rico but it was great to come home at the end of the night to great place to stay. We would rent from Ms. Orsini again.
Great Place to stay
The place was very clean and well decorated! I would definitely return to this place so that I can actually visit the surrounding neighborhood (there were parties every night I stayed there in the streets). Security in the complex was very tight but once they recognized us, it was easier to come in and out without any issues. We also had a power outage and it lasted for a few hours. We spent our time in the balcony until the generators kicked back in therefore, it was not unbearable (just wish that there were more candles and flashlights in the condo in the event of such things happening). Overall, we had a good experience!
