Description
WE HAVE A 30-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY STARTING AT $3,000/MONTH. WE DO NOT RENT FOR LESS THAN 30 NIGHTS. This 1-bedroom guest suite is attached to the main 2-bedroom house but has a separate entrance. The guest suite has its own kitchen/living area with a twin bed, and a separate bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a private lanai. The property is located on the Anahulu River, which leads to the ocean. Guests can rent standup paddle boards. We operate a surf school and can provide surf/SUP lessons.
The space
There are private stairs leading to the 1-bedroom guest suite. The main 2-bedroom house can be rented in addition to the 1-bedroom guest suite for a combined 3-bedroom house. There is also a detached 1-bedroom cottage on the property.
Guest access
The yard fronting the Anahulu River is shared, as is the carport, driveway and washer/dryer.

If you are interested in SUP or surf lessons or board rentals, we also own and operate a surf school, Surf Hawaii Surf School, LLC.
We have a 30-night minimum stay.
Price includes 4.712% Hawaii General Excise Tax and 9.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodation Tax.

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. Quick walk into Haleiwa. Everything is as described. We surfed, paddled and did Pilates! Looking forward to another stay.

Perfect location
Jenni’s unit was in the perfect location right on the river and an easy 10 min walk into the centre of Haleiwa. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and spacious with thoughtful added extras. There was ample parking for cars and a large garden for sitting in. Loved the double shower with its view of the tree tops. It was also great being able to hire the paddle boards and launch them straight onto the river without having to worry about transporting them. The only possible minor downside is the bedroom curtains which are thin to let in the breeze but also mean you wake with the sunrise (not a problem for us and good if you want to get an early paddle in). Would recommend you bring an eye mask if you want to sleep in!

Jennifer’s house is a wonderful place to stay
Jennifer’s house is a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, recently updated, and the location is great; an easy to walk to town. Jennifer is very helpful with any questions. Surfing lessons with Edison were a hit too and easy to arrange. Can’t wait to go back.

Definitely a great vacation spot away from the crowds yet close to town. Very clean and Great hosts! Paddle boards for the river were a plus!

This place was awesome
This place was awesome. We loved our stay here. Near Haleiwa town, so we went into town often to eat and walk around the beach. Jennifer was a great host. She greeted us at the gate and welcomed us and told us about the pipeline surfing competition that was going on at the time. The place was really clean and it was better than we expected. I guess the last place we stayed at was rundown in Hawaii, so this was nice. The double shower was awesome, there was no dish soap though, but that's a small thing that could be fixed easily. We used the TV, it was logged in to her Netflix account. I'm not sure if we should've used it but I'm sure it was okay. We were gone the whole day on most of the days we stayed there, but it was sure nice to come home to a place that felt like home after a long day.

Great stay! Jennifer’s place was nice a clean! The location is perfect! It’s quiet and secluded but a short walk into the town of Haleiwa. We can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s place, she’s a great host! The space itself is great - it’s clean, comfortable, new, and spacious. We had everything we needed. Outside is even more beautiful with all the trees and the river. Highly recommend it, would definitely stay again!
