Marina Real #110 is an upscale single-family home within a short walking distance to the breath taking bay and sandy beach. (approximately 100 yards to the private beach) The home has travertine tile throughout and a lovely fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and ice maker, gas stove, dishwasher and microwave, coffee makers, blender and toaster. The laundry room is located right off the kitchen with washer, dryer and utility sink. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and a breakfast bar that seats 4. The adjacent dining room seats 8. There is also a half bath right off the great room.
You will marvel at the beautiful brick domed ceiling in the great room. The great room has ample comfortable seating, tv with limited direct tv channels and Blu-ray player. Located on the second floor the great room has huge picture windows for enjoying the views. There is a sliding glass door opening onto a breezy covered terrace with lots of patio furniture and a gas grill. From this terrace you can access the dramatic spiral staircase leading to the palapa covered rooftop terrace. This is where you will spend your time taking in ocean views and breezes, sunsets and mountain views. The master suite with private bathroom is located on the second floor and offers a king-sized bed, sofa and tv with DVD player as well as access to the terrace.
Three of the 4 spacious bedrooms and two of the bathrooms are on the first floor. Each room has sliding glass doors that open onto, yet another covered terrace and a grassy back yard landscaped with palm trees and Hibiscus and a convenient outdoor shower. One of the first-floor bedrooms is a suite with a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom. This room has a private entrance through the garage and separate climate control unit (split-mini). The other two bedrooms share a large bathroom. One of these bedrooms has a king-sized bed and the other offers sleeping for 4 in a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. This vacation home is a great retreat for families or small groups. We have one dive center that rents the house for five weekends every dive season. Guests love the privacy provided by the spacious floor plan and outdoor areas and the proximity to the beach and beautiful marina.

A great property in a very vice community with a private beach. Everything the owners state in their listing is correct. We enjoyed the property and had no problems.

Upscale, huge house short walk to private beautiful beach
This house is huge with 4 bedrooms and then 2 sofa pull out beds in the living room. Entire house is very upscale and fancy, with everything provided. Beautiful sunset views from second story living area and 3rd floor palapa sitting area. ACs work very well to keep us cool and welcome us back from the short walk to the beach. DIshwasher is a plus for big group of people and easy cleanup. Washer and dryer were also a plus to minimize from having to bring too much down. Seems like all non disposable items are included, like kitchen knifes, bottle opener, can opener, plates, coffee cups, water cooler, beach towels, beach umbrellas and chairs. Really seemed to catch everything needed in case you forget something. Things not included (water, soap, disk soap, shampoo) can all be bought very inexpensively at one of the new in-town grocery stores. The management company was very helpful and had the AC turned on to welcome us when we got there, along with classical music playing from the upstairs living space, very nice welcome! The private beach is like a huge swimming pool with some of the best sand beaches in San Carlos (not super rocky, although there are some new rocks in the beach from the hurricane that hit last year). The beach faces almost exactly due west so as you sit on the beach looking at the ocean, the sun sets directly in front of you. Also, you are a quick 5 minute drive from the painted rock public beach which has some awesome snorkeling and rock collections, a place prized and loved by the locals. We really enjoyed our stay at this house and will try to return. This house was a good balance of upscale luxury living, that was very family friendly. Several of the smaller kids that were still a little afraid of the beach said their favorite thing was playing in the enclosed, grassy back yard.

Thanksgiving at the beach was AWESOME!
Our group has been travelling to and renting in San Carlos for 20 years. This house is honestly one of the most accommodating houses for a group of 4 couples that we have ever rented. We all had our own bedrooms and didn't have to sleep on futons, twin beds or on a couch like so many rentals in the area. This house has those as options as well which are perfect for children. The beds are very comfortable too! The house is very spacious with an open living room/kitchen great room, huge 2nd story covered patio and great ocean views from the rooftop palapa! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at the house. The location is perfect. Whether you want to go hang out on the beach at the Soggy Peso or run to town for some shopping, it's located pretty much right in the middle. The house was very clean and the yard was freshly mowed when we arrived. Pam, the owner, was very pleasant and quick to respond when I had questions prior to our arrival. My friends, family and I will definitely be staying at this house again in the future!

The house was in a great location, it was in a gated community and had security guards. The home was very spacious and had more than enough room for the 7 adults and 3 children. The Balcony on the second floor was nice, but the rooftop canopy was awrsome. It had a great view of the ocean and the ocean breeze was refreshing. The community was a great community, I went for my morning run and had no problems with loose dogs. The beach was within walking distance and it was very clean. The inside of the home was very nice and had everything we needed. Will definitely book again!

Perfect accomodations for a restful vacation.
A truly lovely home with spacious rooms and all the amenities one might need for comfort and convenience. The 'roof-top' Palapa is a definite plus and a lovely place to gaze out at the views and the sunsets.

Beautiful Beach Home
This was our 3rd time my family has rented this beautiful beach home. The home is big and spacious in a secure neighborhood with only a 3 minute walk to the best beach in San Carlos. We will definitely be back again.

Great for multi-family vacation
We had an excellent time at the Marina Real #110! It is a beautiful home perfect for our group of two families. Three of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, with two full bathrooms (one of the bedrooms is accessible through the garage). Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and 2 twin beds (bunk beds), and Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, accessible through the garage. The fourth bedroom, the traditional master bedroom with an ensuite and king bed, is located on the second floor, along with the living room and kitchen. It worked out nicely with our group of 2 families: one family of 3 (couple and a toddler) and one family of 6 (couple and 4 kids). The home was stocked with everything we needed, including pots, pans, utensils, even tupperware! We enjoyed being able to cook in the beautiful kitchen. The home was very clean when we arrived and had plenty of linens for use, including beach towels. There was also an assortment of beach toys, beach chairs, and umbrellas. High speed wireless internet was very fast, and cable was reliable. Full size washer and dryer was a wonderful surprise. The beach is a quick 2-minute walk from the home in a beautiful, gated neighborhood. If you have never been to San Carlos, this is THE beach to visit. It's a gorgeous beach with surprisingly very little beachgoers. We had the whole beach pretty much to ourselves the entire time. The house has an outdoor shower in the backyard which was a nice surprise after coming home from playing in the sand all day. Reserving and working with Pamela was quick and easy. The app is awesome for managing trip information. My house deposit was refunded quickly. We look forward to staying in this home again. It was perfect for our needs.
