This light, warm, airy and spacious property (200 sq mt + OUTSIDE AREA) with an exclusive 24-hour POOL open from MAY 1st to OCTOBER provides a very comfortable base for exploring the fabulous and lush countryside, while being very well placed for visiting ROME, VITERBO, 3 LAKES, THERMS, SEA, UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITES and many other places of interest. VILLA GILDA is ideally placed in a quiet green area, 2.5 kms away from BRACCIANO, a small town and ROME Eternal City and VITERBO are within easy driving distance or 35 min by train.
It is composed by 2 adjoining apartments: CAMELIA & CASETTA and the final price includes both houses. On request, we can also rent 25 sqm attic single room with private bathroom (please, enquire).
There is a main holiday rental (CAMELIA), and a smaller house (CASETTA).
It is well equipped with utensils and cutlery & has modern appliances including 2 coffee machines, boiler, washing machine, 3 fridges and freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, transportable oven, microwave, iron and ironing board, combined TV with SKY, mixer, kitchen robot.
Beddings and pillows. Each living room has a sofa bed. Baby cots, high chairs and strollers available. We have free unlimited WIFI.

A gazebo with table and chairs, a picnic bench and BBQ.
A welcome basket at your arrival for a 5-day minimum stay.

"ARCHES OF BOCCALUPO" (ANCIENT IMPONENT AQUEDUCT WITH A SUGGESTIVE STREAM), RENARA caves and spring sources are secret places in the woods 10 mins walk. Trekking poles available to discover great side view of the lake and the upper side of VillaGilda. Many written itineraries to choose between the scenic route, nature trails, adventurous and historical route.
5- min drive to LAKE BRACCIANO, its historic village, its gorgeous ODESCALCHI CASTLE (one of the best well preserved in Europe!).
Many attractions on LAKE BRACCIANO: swimming, boating, pedalos, sailing centers, rowing, kayaking, canoeing, kitesurfing, stand up paddles, opportunities for scuba divers or you can take a suggestive cruise to enjoy the view ..

Sehr schöne Villa mit Top-Vermieterin
In sehr schöner Lage über Bracciano gelegen. Die Vermieterin ist total nett, überaus hilfreich und gibt jede Menge Tipps, was die Anreise, das Einkaufen, Restaurants und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten angeht. Zudem wurden wir am Anreisetag mit hausgemachter Lasagne begrüßt. Sehr empfehlenswert!
