Villa in small country, but only 10 minutes from the lake (Bracciano) 7 km from Spa (Terme di Stigliano) and 20 minutes from the sea (S. Strict)
This railway station with direct train to the center (St. Peter's Basilica) in 50 minutes.
The decor is modern and we chose minimalist together with our architect. The house is located in the countryside, but just 20 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the lake and 15 minutes from the spa ((website hidden)) 40 minutes from the city of Rome. There is a porch, in front of the home, with couches and pergola. a courtyard at the back of the house with a small private wood and a table for lunch or dinner and barbecue. Inside there are a large kitchen with a large dining room table to the Internet, cable TV, and all the comforts of a modern home, a master bedroom with bathroom, one bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom outside. In the loft there is a king size bed and three sofas.
On foot you can reach the center of the village, this large supermarket good restaurants and pizzerias.
