WHERE IS CASACOCÒ?
Casacocò is set in a beautiful park where the olive trees are in the company of oaks, laurels, camellias and wisteria, and the aromas of aromatic herbs blend with those of lilacs, clematis and six hundred roses chosen and cared for by the landlord.
Casacocò is a charming refuge in the green of the Roman Tuscia, a few kilometers from the lake of Bracciano, from the spa of Stigliano and the capital itself.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN HOST CASACOCÒ?
In the villa La Ventosa, located in the upper part of the estate nestled among the ancient oaks, can accommodate up to 11 people. The position of the villa allows guests to enjoy the privacy and peace of the place and at the same time have social and sharing spaces.
If you are looking for a place of charm and peace, for a stay with friends or family different from the usual, the farmhouse La Ventosa is the place for you.
The villa, born as a rural dwelling, dates back to the first half of the 1800s. Restored in all its parts over the last 50 years, today it maintains the character of a country house with the original stone portals, terracotta floors, wallpapers and antique furniture, leaving the charm of rural dwelling unaltered. Some of the roses in the garden give the names to our rooms where you will be welcomed with the care that Casacocò reserves for its guests.
A mini apartment, three double bedrooms and a double room, furnished with the passion that distinguishes every corner of Casacocò, can comfortably accommodate up to 11 people.
And if you are even more, a second structure is ready to welcome other guests to Casacocò: the beautiful Country House, a manor house with private access from the rose park. Composed of two double rooms (the Red Room and the Green Room), furnished with a clever mix of tradition and modernity, secluded and with private entrance, ideal for a peaceful sleep and a perfect morning relaxation under the rose pergola. Guests have a private lounge and a patio.
WHAT IS IT POSSIBLE TO DO IN CASACOCÒ?
If you want a quiet and relaxing stay, surrounded by nature in a park of five and a half hectares, Casacocò will not disappoint you.
Relaxation and nature surround the guests of Casacocò also for a regenerating dip in the beautiful pool in stone and mosaic, inspired by the ancient country fountains, discreet and elegant. 18 meters long, it is ideal for swimming surrounded by green olive trees.
Inside the park you can practice yoga, jogging, swimming pool, outdoor walks or enjoy an aperitif accompanied by the colors of nature.
THE KITCHEN
Guests are also dedicated to the cuisine of Casacocò, from breakfast with homemade cakes, seasonal fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, milk, jam and fresh bread, at lunch or dinner using the best local products.
On request lunches and dinners with vegetarian dishes, gluten free or with a menu to be agreed.
ACTIVITIES IN THE SURROUNDINGS
The surrounding nature is beautiful: in a few minutes you reach the Manziana wood, the Canale Monterano nature reserve and the Bracciano lake. The thermal baths of Stigliano are 6 Km. The sea can be reached in twenty minutes. Rome is less than an hour's drive away; railway connection to the train station of San Pietro Rome with departures every hour.
You can organize horseback riding, walks in the woods with a nature guide and, if you are interested, excellent massages.
This is Etruscan and Roman area and there are several archeological sites to visit. Bomarzo, famous for its stone "monsters" is a very interesting and fun place to see especially for children. Then there is Sutri, Caprarola with a beautiful building and 40 'Viterbo.

Un petit paradis
Maison encore mieux en vrai qu'en photos. Très spacieuse, dans un état irréprochable, nous avons été accueilli par un propriétaire charmant toujours présent pour des conseils et s'occuper de notre bien être . Nous avons apprécié d'être prêt de Rome, de la mer, et du sublime parc autour de la maison. La piscine est particulièrement grande, fondue dans un décor de carte postale. Nous avons pu inaugurer la nouvelle cuisine de cette location, originale et fonctionnelle. Seule une machine à laver nous a manqué .... mais le vide devrait être comblé rapidement.

Une maison extraordinaire dans un décor de rêve
Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique : un cadre bucolique et reposant, une piscine magnifique, parfaitement intégrée dans le paysage et un propriétaire très prévenant. Rome à 50 minutes de train pour un trajet à seulement 3 euros. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Un angolo di paradiso con un'ottima cucina
Una bellissima vacanza con i bambini, la casa è molto bella, il parco immenso e la piscina è rilassante anche senza tuffarsi (purtroppo ad Aprile non è ancora tempo! ) Tutto è proprio come l`avevamo immaginato dalle foto. Accogliente, pulito, luminoso, spazioso e fornito di tutto ciò di cui si puo aver bisogno. Guido, il proprietario, ci ha accolti con grande ospitalità offrendoci una calda accoglienza. La piscina è grande e ben curata cosi come il parco ed il bellissimo roseto. Ottima la posizione a pochi Km dal lago di Bracciano, dalla spiaggia di Santa Severa e da Roma. Torneremo sicuramente!
