The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of villas between the lake and the center of Bolsena; only 300 m from here is the marina, where you can rent boats, kayaks canoes and book sailing classes. The lake of Bolsena is the largest volcanic lake in Europe and offers the possibility to bathe or sail both on sailboats and motorboats. It’s also a renewed meeting point for lovers of carpfishing! Possibility to park two cars in the property; otherwise free parking in front of the property. A short distance from here you can visit enchanting and suggestive places: Civita di Bagnoregio, the dying city, is only 14 km away; Orvieto and its Medieval Cathedral at 22 Km; Tuscania, characteristic Etruscan town, is at 38 km; Todi, recognized in the world as among the best for the quality of life of its inhabitants, is at 54 km; Montalto di Castro, for a day at the beach with fine sand is about 55 km from here.
