Villa Ginestra is located on a hill about ca. 500m as the crow flies from the sea, surrounded by greenery, enjoying a wonderful view over the entire Costa degli Dei, between the Gulf of St. Eufemia and Tropea. On the horizon, on clearer days it is possible to admire all seven of the Aeolian Islands and in particular the Stromboli volcano that dominates the scene. Spectacular sunsets over the sea and a light and continuous sea breeze will make you appreciate the tranquility of the place and make you enjoy your holiday.
The apartment has a living room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, terrace overlooking the sea, all furnished and equipped with all comforts, sat-tv included. In the large garden surrounding the Villa, surrounded by olive trees, palm trees and colorful flowers there is also a barbecue area for barbecues.
Available to all guests, washing machine for common use, outdoor showers, enclosed parking.

"très enchantés de notre location qui correspondait tout à fait à la description de l''annonce. Calme, tranquillité, vue splendide sur la mer de quoi vous donner envie d''y retourner très vite !!!! seul petit bémol, les literies seraient peut être à revoir car matelas qui commencent à être un peu fatigués mais à part ça tout était très bien. C''est un lieu où il fait bon vivre et pour une bonne semaine de détente ou plus nous recommandons cet endroit ! nous n''oublierons pas cette vue magnifique du balcon où tous les matins nous prenions notre petit déjeuner et notre repas du midi ! un vrai régal pour les yeux !!
