Immerse yourself in your books on the beaches of Little Compton, and enjoy your evening wine watching the swans, gulls, and ducks effortlessly pass by. Plan a BBQ for friends that may want to visit and idle in the sunsets. Rejuvenate yourself with the piano. Town beach access lets you make the 2 mile sandy trek while taking an occasional dip...or, the perfect place for a daily swim to keep in shape.
Outdoor shower for the end of the day. 6 queen beds, 1 twin, 1 couch, and 1 full. Inflatable mattresses available.
Summer rentals are one week minimum, Saturday to Saturday. Summer dates are June 15 through September 15.
No weddings or events.

Women's Weekend!
After 22 years going to a home in NH, we had to find a new place for our bi-annual Women's Weekend. We rented this amazing home and have found a fantastic place to start new memories. It was such a roomy house - plenty of rooms - plenty of places to sleep. There were 11 of us and there were extra beds to be had. The kitchen was FULLY equipped with everything that you could think of. LOVED the sound being able to go through the whole house when wanted. We had lovely dinners at the dining table that seated all of us very comfortably. The bathrooms were HUGE! We had a lovely evening (though chilly) on the 2nd story fireplace deck - lots of fun and such a wonderfully clear evening - tons of stars to admire. The BEST aspect of that home, though, is the deck. We spent most of our weekend on the deck, chatting, sunning, reading and admiring the unbelievable view. Most of us took advantage of the wonderful weather and took walks/runs within the neighborhood. It was breathtaking throughout the whole weekend. We saw beautiful sunrises and breathtaking sunsets. We will be returning next October to repeat our wonderful experience. The owner was available whenever we needed him - very, very helpful.
off season long family wedding weekend
We had a spectacular long weekend staying at the manse. I wish we stayed longer, because we had so many family activities happening we didn't have time to enjoy it as much as we could have. Years ago we stayed at South Seas in Captiva Fl which was beautiful but Cap de Blanc has so much more to offer within the property. We are hoping to go back in 2016 and shouldl be able to enjoy all the aspects of Cap de Blanc.

No other place like this - incredible!
We gathered her for the holiday weekend with our family - grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins. There is no way to describe how perfect it was for our holiday celebration! Can't say enough about this house - it has EVERYTHING, is just beautiful and sprawling yet warm and comfortable and homey. The best part of the weekend was that we just stayed in and enjoyed all the house had to offer - fires, cozy couches, perfect dining for a large group, beautiful views, great basement for some family games and just a beautiful family holiday where treasured memories were made. Everyone wanted to know if it would be possible to come back again, and we will certainly do that at the very first opportunity. Thank you so much Jim!

Magnificent property
This house was absolutely beautiful with gorgeous views from all rooms .We spent a weekend here celebrating our sons college graduation from RWU.Easy drive to Bristol and Newport. The home had all the amenities needed without having to go out . The owner was extremely helpful and very quick response time .

Spectacular
My family and I stayed at Cap de Blanc for the weekend of my daughters graduation from RWU. I can’t say enough about the location and the beautiful home that we were able to enjoy together. Our host Jim was easily accessible and he could not have been more accommodating. I highly recommend staying here you won’t be disappointed. Looking at the ocean from the deck is breath taking and it only gets better from there. The home has everything that you could ask for, bedrooms for everyone two kitchens an ice maker and the floor plan of the home is perfect for entertaining.

Weekend Getaway
Spent a weekend at this property and it was amazing; pictures don't do it justice. Everything you could possible need is located on site and within the vicinity. The house and property itself were well taken care. Jim and the caretaker got back to us immediately with any question we had. Only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

This was the 3 rd property we've rented through vrbo for our family of 13. Each one has been good, but this was spectacular. The quiet town of Little Compton was just what we needed to escape from our hectic lives. Jim, the owner, was on hand to handle any little question we had, and solve our problems for us. There were plenty of supplies, I.e. games, kites, cards, towels and even some spare suntan lotion to use. Great privacy for all, and cooking utensils galore. We took advantage of the large dining room to eat in on four of our nights. It's a lot more fun cooking in someone else's kitchen! We liked the cove area and did some swimming there, and made s'mores right on the beach in the fire pit. A life memory! The house is comfortable and inviting. We felt at home from the first moment. Parking for all 4 cars on site. Absolutely no complaints, and I'm a complainer!!

Perfect place for a summer family reunion
The accommodations and the owner’s attention to detail exceeded our already lofty expectations on arriving for our three-generation family gathering. The room layout and décor of this very quiet and private manse on the sea provided ample space for all fourteen of us – allowing us not to be in each other’s way when the children or adults sought quiet time. The central a/c worked beautifully. Jim, the host, was always attentive, personable and knowledgable. The children loved exploring the rocky beach in front of the house and we all loved walking to the cove, a 5-min walk, which was another great rocky spot to explore and even swim. The public beach was a 5-min drive away, making it a simple trek for those wanting time in the surf. We all had such a memorable time and can imagine returning for another reunion in our future.
