Beautiful apartment, decorated and furnished with love and care to ensure your stay is truly wonderful.
There are 4 bedrooms, comprising of a master suite with sea view, dressing room and ensuite bathroom, a double with en suite, and two bedrooms with twin beds, and a large family bathroom. Each room is spacious, inviting and comfortable, with ceiling fan and a/c.
The open dining, kitchen and lounge area has double aspect patio doors leading on to a private balcony overlooking the pool shared with the few other occupants in the building and of course breathtaking views of the sea. The marble-topped kitchen is fully-equipped with hob, microwave, double oven, dishwasher, American-style fridge-freezer and laundry facilities.
The apartment has cable TV and DVD player, wifi access and sound system.
The breeze from the sea is wonderfully refreshing and we find that with the patio doors open, and maybe a fan on, the apartment stays delightfully cool, with the sound of the waves making you feel truly in paradise (also mercifully free of biting insects!).
There is a small, secluded beach a short walk from Rosalie, as well as Miami beach (possibly one of the islands' best beaches on the south coast) a 3 minute drive to the west, and Atlantic shores to surf from.
We include Meet & Greet, a twice weekly maid service and our friendly manager is available to help with enquiries or advice by phone or email.

Rental Notes
We request that use of A/C is kept to a respectful minimum, (i.e. when you are inside and need use of it), to prevent larger than reasonable electricity bills, which you will be accountable for if the electricity use is higher than reasonable during your stay. Rosalie benefits from a cool sea breeze and is too high above the sea to suffer mosquitos, so usually ceiling fans and open windows suffice

Stunning
We had the privilege of staying at Rosalie #3 for six weeks recently, and suffice to say we have already booked for the next two years. The property has expansive views of the sea which is perhaps fifty feet away and the ever present sound of the sea is so relaxing. We were met at the airport with huge smiles and hugs from Jean and escorted back to Rosalie where we were made truly welcome and acquainted with everything at the apartment. It is very large, superbly equipped and super comfortable. The sea breezes were non stop day or night and we never felt the need to use the available air conditioning. Lisa was absolutely wonderful as well, coming by once a week to tidy up and so on. She was so much fun to have to visit with and so happy to share information about the home, the area, or good shopping places only locals may have known about. Truly a gem of a person. The balcony is a wonderful place to spend time day or night, enjoying the near perfect Barbados weather or cool off in the sparkling pool below if you choose to stay “home” for the day. I say home because this is our new home away from home in every sense of the word.

Everything you want on a holiday.
Clean, bright, large and with great appliances. Everything was working well, well furnished and the air conditioning was lovely at night. The bedrooms are large with lots of storage. Perfect size pool, kept very clean. Felt very safe and did enjoy to be able to go out for dinner nearby. The view is incredible. The service is great, help is a phone call away. A car is a benefit, but taxis do provide service to the area. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely go back.

Atlantic Shores
We had a wonderful stay here on the south coast of Barbados. The apartment has a spectacular view, and the waves and breezes are constant. Jean was lovely and accommodating; she met us at the airport and even helped transport our large family with all our luggage, leading the way to the apartment. She provided some basic groceries for us and responded quickly to a small problem with one of the room air conditioners. We had a terrific stay here. Thank you!
