La Hacienda has a large dining/ sun lounging veranda that overlooks the gardens,and the pools. Is has a gate for child safety. There is a large expanse of grass perfect for children to play safely on, a picturesque swimming pool large enough for lengths and a toddler pool for the use of La Hacienda villas only. It is a small friendly community where the children make friends around their pools.
The villa itself itself is a traditional style 3 storey villa in pristine condition. Family owned, new to the letting market. It has top quality furniture/ laundry room/ kitchen equip/ bathrooms etc. It is fully air conditioned.
Located 5 minutes walk from the tennis club. It is in the centre of La Manga Club, an exclusive holiday, sports and leisure resort bordered by natural parks and unspoilt beaches.
The entrance to the villa leads to a spacious comfortable lounge/dining room with high ceiling The gas fired fireplace adds additional heating and a cosy feel for any winter visitors. This has been a family holiday retreat and everything is in top condition. It has light coloured floor tiles and light leather sofas to provide a luxurious tone. The lounge has a TV with a great selection of TV channels, a DVD player and family games.The property also has free WIFI. The dining area opens to stylish fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, hob, large fridge/freezer and oven, extractor fan, all the crockery
(Denby), glasses and cooking utensils you need for a home from home, with ample storage.
Patio doors lead from the lounge & dining room to a large veranda with wrought iron table and chairs for 6 ( space around table for more), and plenty of space for sun loungers as well. There is a wrought iron gate to stop little ones venturing too far unsupervised.
Inside is an internal staircase leading to a further roof terrace( large enough for 4 sun loungers) which boasts stunning views of the nearby pool and gardens - the ideal place to catch the last rays of the sun in the evening. There is also a balcony from the upstairs bedroom which overlooks the pool.
Upstairs in the main bedroom with private balcony there are twin beds and a en-suite with double sink, shower and separate bath. Across the hall is anothe twin room with its own bathroom. Both have able of storage space.
Downstairs there are 2 generous bedrooms and a large family bathroom, beautifully tiled. The first bedroom has 2 bunk beds and plenty of space for a cot bed/ toys and its own seating on bean bags. The other bedroom is a large double. there is lots of wardrobe space available for both rooms.
There is also a laundry room with the essential washing and drying machine, iron, buckets etc.
The pools are surrounded by sun loungers and La Hacienda del Golf has the advantage of allowing residents to take their own drinks etc next to the pool.
The Commercial centre, including bank and main supermarket, doctors, restaurants and bars are only a short walk away. All the resorts main facilities are within walking distance. As guests of the villa you can enjoy reduced rates (50%) for golf and tennis. We have a management company in La Manga Club company should you need any assistance before or during your stay. We have a welcome book printed with all the important numbers for taxis/ doctors/ dentist/ restaurants.
La Manga Club and the Mar Men offer many other activities such as bicycle hire from next to the supermarket, scuba diving on a marine reserve, kite surfing, water-skiing, wind surfing, boat hire, go-karting, hill walking; as well as superb beaches which are safe for children. The marina of 'Cab de Palos', only a 10 minute drive away, is a delightful place to visit offering good seafood restaurants/ scuba diving and an opportunity to sit and enjoy the sea views. Murcia and Cartagena both offer fantastic restaurants and shops as well as many places of historical interest.

Happy hacienda
