'PAR Beach House' is waiting for you to enjoy your special time at the beach! Enjoy the beach area where scenes from numerous TV shows and movies have been filmed.
House is like new - kept up and immaculate. 3 Bedrooms / 2.5 Baths. 1 King, 2 Queens, and 1 Queen Sofa-bed.
4 CCTV's (Living Room has a Big Screen Plasma Hi-Definition TV with Bose surround stereo system and extended cable package), 4 DVD players, VCR, and high-speed internet with WiFi. Fully-equipped kitchen with all amenities and all appliances recently upgraded and remodeled. Ceiling fans throughout and upgraded.
Carpet or ceramic tile throughout. Large master suite with new luxurious Beautyrest Black king bed, sitting area, and newly renovated bath. Other baths are newly renovated as well. New queen beds in the two other bedrooms. Full-size Washer and Dryer just upgraded. HVAC systems recently upgraded.
Deck w/furniture and built-in umbrellas. Large enclosed outdoor shower and sink with both hot and cold water. Propane grill on lower deck.
Beautifully decorated home with great ocean views. Privacy and minimal traffic on this secluded 2-block stretch of East Beach Drive. Lots of room for kids to play outside on large front yard with no worries.
House faces south - so you get to enjoy both sunrise and sunset from the back deck. Oak Island Lighthouse and Pier are also visible from deck. Close to both bridges for easy access on and off the island.

We Loved This House
This was one of the coziest, most comfortable, well decorated and equipped, clean, and best maintained homes we have ever rented. Much better than the pictures. The owner was very accessible and helpful. The beach behind the house was terrific and not crowded. Oak Island and the neighboring Southport are fabulous travel destinations. We very highly recommend selecting this home for your family vacation.

Fantastic house and location to unwind and relax
My husband and I decided to take a weekend for ourselves recently, after a very busy year with work, business trips, and no summer vacation. After browsing through listings and reading reviews, I booked this house. I am SO glad I did. The owner is extremely pleasant to work with, went out of his way to ensure everything was ready for our arrival, and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The house was super clean and comfortable, and felt more like "home" than a rental. He furnished and stocked it with everything you could possibly need. I love to cook, and many times rental homes only have the basics needed to cook....this kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc! We definitely look forward to booking a longer vacation in this home next year!

Great thanksgiving getaway
Very clean and well stocked home. Beach is nice and wide. Location is convenient to grocery and restaurants. We had a lovely time and would definitely rent this property again. Owner is very responsive to questions.

Fantastic Beach HOME
This home provides privacy, yet is convenient to restaurants and stores. We were delighted to find that we could walk along the beautiful wide beach to do our grocery shopping or to dine at local eateries. The newly remodeled kitchen is well-equipped which was important to us as we stayed for a month! Truly not your typical beach house, this is a very comfortable HOME right on the beach. Delightful!

Perfect Mini Vacation
We stayed at PAR beach house for a long weekend and it was absolutely perfect! The owner stayed in constant communication and answered all of our questions quickly. The house was very nice and clean. Perfect location on the beach as well! Would love to return to PAR beach house.

Love this place!
My husband, myself & our 4 kids ages 10-18 stayed for a week & absolutely loved this place! Everything was clean & the house was so well equipped. Matt was very friendly & great with communication throughout our stay & the time leading up to it. . The location was great- very short walk out the private boardwalk onto the beach, which was gorgeous & mostly very uncrowded. We enjoyed a trip to Southport & a day trip to Wilmington. Otherwise just enjoyed family time on the beach. I would definitely stay at Par again.
