A world of beaches just for you and your family: the Costa Cálida (the warm coast) is the name given to the 155 miles of coast in the Murcia region, which stretches from the natural salt lagoon of the Mar Menor in the east to the fishing town of Águilas in the west. The Costa Cálida runs along two different seas, the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean. The two seas offer sparkling clear waters less than 20 minutes away, luxuriously long and sandy beaches, and enchanting little bays. Rental Notes
Weekly rentals commence at 4.30pm Saturday (local Spanish time) and end at 10am Saturday on the day of departure. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided for each room (you will need to bring beach towels). The villa has air conditioning. There is a constant supply of hot water. There is an irrigation system installed in the gardens which are planted with beautiful Mediterranean plants.

Relaxing property with all the comforts of home.
Jane and Johnny was an excellent hosts. Johnny was always quick to answer emails and was incredibly helpful when providing information about the surrounding area. The property was large enough to accommodate 12 adults and a baby comfortably. The large pool area was fantastic for family fun and sunbathing. The house was fully equipped with all the essential items, which made for a relaxing and effortless stay. The property was exceedingly clean on arrival and we were greeted by a very efficient and helpful agent. We particularly enjoyed a visit to a little cove called Cala Cortina. A safe and beautiful little bay, great for swimming and excellent food at the beach bar. Thanks Johnny for a really super stay. We would definitely return.
Half term holiday with 2 other families
Fantastic week in Murcia - we went with 2 other families so 6 adults and 6 children in total. The villa was perfect for us all and the kids absolutely loved it and didn't want to come home. A friend had recommended a beach with a lagoon and mud baths on one side and beach on the other which was great fun. We had lots of BBQs at the villa and only ate out a couple of nights. A car is definitely required but we hired one very cheaply at the airport so not a problem. Jonny could not have been more helpful before and during our stay. Highly recommend.

Superb villa, excellent host.
This is an outstanding property. There is a lot of outdoor space to relax and for kids to play. The large pool was ideal. Being on the edge of the estate, there are uninterrupted views of the mountains from the garden. The interior is very spacious and extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen. Johnny and Jane were excellent hosts. The property was in immaculate condition and cleaned regularly during our stay. Johnny was very responsive to questions and provided lots of helpful tips and advice. We had a brilliant time and recommend this property without reservation.
