This delightful villa is full of character being set in extensive grounds, approached through double gates with gardens and lawns. It is situated just 500m from shops and restaurants. The marina and safe sandy beach are less than 1km from the villa, which is located in the sought after area of Siller.
The accommodation, which is all on one level, comprises of two large double bedrooms. There are also two twin bedrooms. The bedrooms are serviced by two en-suite shower rooms and another shower room. All the bedrooms benefit from air conditioning. There is a large living room with comfortable seating area. Entertainment is provided here by a Satellite TV and a DVD Player. There is a spacious separate dining room with comfortable chairs. The kitchen is light, airy and well equipped with a microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, hob with extractor.
Double doors from the lounge lead out on to beautiful mature gardens laid to lawn with trees. The large 12m x 5m private swimming pool has roman steps for easier access and internal seating at the other end. To the front of the villa there are covered terraces and seating for relaxing and taking in the beautiful surroundings
This villa offers ample area of ‘Al fresco’ dining with a large covered food preparation area complete with brick built BBQ and sink unit. Patio furniture, sun beds and a parasol are provided. It is an ideal base for anyone wanting to spend time in Puerto Pollensa and have lazy days around the pool and evenings around the BBQ.
There are extensive views of the mountains beyond. There is off road parking for at least two cars.

Fantastic Villa
Great space inside and out. 2 of the doubles were huge and 3 rooms had double beds which can be hard to find. The Villa has character, is well kept and has a fantastic outside space front and back to enjoy the sunshine and evenings with a barbecue, there is also a lovely sofa style outside seating area by the pool not in the current pictures. We all loved it and it gave us as a large group social areas as well as personal space.

Fantastic villa
This is such a lovely villa. We stayed with our teenage children and loved how much space there was around the villa and pool. Great table tennis table and outdoor sofa set in the shade too. Joana and Toni are great hosts and looked after us beautifully. My only comment would be that some sort of information manual with instructions on the local area , restaurants etc would be great..as would more mirrors in the bedrooms! The villa is a 5 min walk from the supermarket, 10 mins to the beach. Really convenient. Thanks Joana.

Lovely week in beautiful villa
Can Torrens is a great property. All 5 of us thoroughly enjoyed the house and outside space. Very well equipped and attractively furnished. Our priority was the ability to walk to restaurants in the evening and the property is perfectly located for that. Beds comfortable and AC worked perfectly. Master bedroom had an issue with damp in wardrobe but not a big issue.
