This beautiful, stylish, front-line apartment is one of the few which has been awarded a Touristic License L12E7093. Your holiday is our priority. You will not believe the view - it is the best in Puerto Pollensa. Doors open out from a sunny lounge onto a balcony with unrivaled views of the Bay of Pollensa, the beach and the picturesque marina. It is light, bright and cool with tiled floors and modern furniture. In the open plan lounge there are comfortable sofas, Sky satellite TV, Wifi, DVD, stereo, and a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is very well designed and exceptionally neat, clean and boasts a marble breakfast bar and lots of storage space. Appliances here include a dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave. This fully equipped three bedroom apartment has three bathrooms. The master bedroom has a modern en suite shower room and doors opening out onto the balcony, with amazing views of the sea and the bay. There are also two twin bedrooms, one with a modern fully tiled en suite bathroom and the other with use of the new house shower room. All the bedrooms and the lounge are air conditioned.

This is a truly stylish and spacious waterfront apartment in a wonderful part of the bay. It is one of only a handful that overlooks this beautiful and quiet part of the Pine Walk. The bay is very sheltered and the water is perfect for swimming. There are many great local restaurants nearby and stylish port with its many sailing boats and the centre of town are just a short walk away, with a multitude of interesting shops, supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants.

Brilliant Seaview
Absolutely fantastic apartment. Spacious, clean and what more can you ask for than a gorgeous view of the seafront. Lots of restaurants nearby and gorgeous beach. Not far from Alcudia if you want to walk round or you can catch a bus or taxi for next to nothing. Also if you fancy a trip into Palma get the bus and it takes you directly into the centre. So whether you just enjoy the beach or getting around we found you don't really need to have a car as there is everything you can possibly want on your doorstep.

Lovely apartment, fantastic location
This is our third stay here. Once again fantastic service from Liz helped us to enjoy this superbly situated, comfortable apartment. We could sit for hours just watching the ever changing stunning views of Pollensa Bay from sunrise to sunset. An easy five minute stroll along the Pine Walk takes you to the centre of town where you can feast at a different restaurant every night. The apartment was lovely and clean and it is particularly good to have three separate showers especially after a day at the beach. The fact that we have been back three times speaks volumes. We would recommend it to anyone and hope to be back ourselves next year! Thanks again Liz

Great apartment, perfect location
Lovely comfortable well equipped apartment in amazing perfect location right on the beach and pine walk. Never got sick of that view! Great air con and wifi better than we have at home (we could even use the wifi on the beach right in front of the apartment!). Having 3 bathrooms was great as we had 4 grown up and teenage kids with us. Lots of restaurants within a few mins walk and a handy wee shop right next door, (good to buy breakfast donuts or baguettes to eat on the beach). Owner helpful and easy to deal with. We had a great holiday, would definitely return and highly recommend.
