The villa was built in a Mediterranean style with great attention to detail and very bright rooms. On one level there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a dressing room. In two bedrooms, as well as in the large living-dining area are TV. In all bedrooms plenty of storage space for your luggage is available.
The equipment provides our guests with a comfortable living quality. A large living room invites you to linger (with fireplace for the winter) with various sitting and reclining, and separate dining area with large dining table and beautiful rattan chairs. Of course, German satellite TV is available.
The fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, coffee maker, large fridge-freezer with ice maker and dishwasher leaves nothing to be desired.
Wireless Internet access
A cot and high chair is located in the house.
The Mediterranean villa has spacious terraces overlooking the spacious pool area and the beautiful garden.
Also, the 7950 m² of land invites you to linger and relax. There are enough points in the retreat house and in the garden, even if one wants to be alone again.
The pool has a size of 6 * 11 meters.
The large property is fully fenced and navigate through an electric gate.
There is an additional laundry room with washer and an additional freezer and another refrigerator.

Traumfinca
Wunderschöne gepflegte Finca. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Habe mich von der ersten Sekunde an sehr wohl gefühlt. Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und der Außenbereich ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Es ist nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt( 30min) und genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch in der Nähe​. Wäre am liebsten dort geblieben. Komme bestimmt wieder. Waren 8 Frauen

Wunderschöne finca.....
Es ist eine wunderschöne finca auf der es einem an nichts fehlt. Es ist alles sehr einfach und in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. (Shoppen,feiern,Strand, Sehenswürdigkeiten. ....) Immer wieder gerne. Die Besitzer nicht zu vergessen sind äußerst nett und immer erreichbar.

Wunderschöne Finca die keine Wünsche offen lässt
Wir waren im Juni mit unserem Kegelclub "KC Goldene Ananas" in dieser wunderschönen Finca. Dieses Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, was bei einer neun Mann-Truppe eher selten ist. Nichts fehlte, war verschmutzt oder kaputt. Alles hat ohne Probleme funktioniert - Angefangen bei der Organisation und Mietung des Objektes über die sehr hilfsbereite und kompetente Vermieterin Frau Schmid, als auch bei unserer Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
