The 300 m² living u. Usable area extends over two floors. The spacious entrance area includes a wardrobe and access to the rooms. All four bedrooms and four bathrooms are on the ground floor. The bedrooms are equipped throughout with double beds and fitted wardrobes, tw. with direct access to a terrace. A cot is also available. Four bathrooms are equipped with showers, two bathrooms on the ground floor also feature a bathtub. On the ground floor invites a traditional mallorcinisch equipped kitchen (transition to back terrace) with a circular ceiling for sociable cooking. A spacious dining room with transition to the terrace (pool side) follows. The upper floor offers a bright living room with flat screen TV and the transition to the covered terrace.
The newly built finca (2012 - last modernization 2017) has a spacious pool and a very cozy barbecue area. A beautiful, large garden with planted fruit, citrus and almond trees and many beautiful plants, cacti and herbs also belongs to the property, which can be admired by the wonderfully large balcony with a stunning panoramic view.
In approximately 3 km from the village there are both shops like restaurants. Even public transport to be there. A golf course is four kilometers away.
The finca "Elisa" is located about 25 km from the capital Palma de Mallorca with numerous attractions, various opportunities for shopping and strolling, numerous restaurants eg Es Mirador de Son Sama (Carretera Llucmajor - Porreres, km 3.5 www sonsama com Tel .: +34 971 12 09 59) and cafes, the bustling life and the turbulent nightlife as well as the famous Es Trenc beach. The nearest large town of Llucmajor is located about 3 km from the finca and is popular with guests and islanders for his still original charm, the narrow streets and the beautiful market square. Llucmajor offers a variety of shops from souvenir shop to the supermarket and has a good infrastructure, among others with German doctors. Tip: Visit the city necessarily to the weekly market, with its Mediterranean flair on Wednesdays and Sundays, or the 'Flea Market' on Friday.
The notorious 'Playa de Palma' with the 'Ballermann' and 'Ham Street' is just about 15 kilometers away and turns night into day.
The most beautiful beaches of the island "Es Trenc" and the long sandy beaches on the 'Playa de Palma' are only removed 12 to 18 km from the finca.

Tolle Finca in ruhiger Lage
Wie würden von Tom dem Hausmeister an der Finca bereits erwartet und er hat uns auch direkt alles gezeigt und erklärt. Er kam auch ein 2 mal um nach dem rechten zu sehen. Es war alles sauber und aufgeräumt. Toller Poolbereich mit ausreichend Liegen wo zwar im Moment noch ein wenig der Schattenplatz fehlt was aber laut Tom in Zukunft geändert wird mit mehr und größeren Sonnenschirmen. Wir können die Finca absolut weiter empfehlen.
