On a land with over 24,000 sqm, in our two houses you will find:
- A very spacious main house with 240 sqm which can accommodate 6-8 people.
- A cozy annex with 80 sqm, accommodating upto 6 people.
Both houses have its own kitchen, bedrooms and living areas with a terrace and BBQ area.
In the main house is a very chic, newly designed pool area with lounges, sunbeds, an outside bar and a outdoor kitchen, which can also be used perfectly for events.
The outdoor area is completely redesigned.
The cozy house next door has 3 double bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and has its own private terrace with BBQ area. W-LAN available.

Magnifica villa
La villa è spettacolare, con tutti i comfort per rilassarsi e godersi una bella vacanza di sole in compagnia. La piscina è bellissima, il grill esterno favoloso, e il sistema audio dà il tocco finale per una ottima esperienza di festa nella casa. Vicino a Palma, quindi anche comodo per andare a visitare la città. Consiglio a tutti!
