The downstairs living area of this two-story villa provides a welcoming place for your family and friends to gather or dine. The bright, cheerful family room, extending out onto the patio through glass doors, brings the lush landscape inside. The open floor plan ensures that the cooks in the fully equipped kitchen never miss out on anything! Also downstairs is a master bedroom featuring a king size bed with connecting bath and a private patio.
A second master bedroom upstairs also boasts a king size bed, along with its own private bath. More sleeping space is available in a loft bedroom that holds two twin beds, with two more twin beds in the bonus room. This surplus sleeping space makes the home well-suited for a large family or a group of friends.
The spacious lawns of the resort provide lots of room for the kids to romp and play. For a more leisurely pastime take a quiet stroll or bike ride to explore all that the resort has to offer. In addition to swimming, fishing, and golf are restaurants, a spa, and complimentary movies.

Awesome accommodations!
We immensely enjoyed our stay at David’s condo! Great location to everything! We cook in a lot and we’re pleased to find everything we needed to prepare our meals! The beds were super comfy and there was lots of room for everyone. Loved having a full size washer and dryer for laundry!! The dishwasher broke while we were there and David’s response for repairs was outstanding! ???? The pool is literally a few steps out the back door..VERY clean!! We made good use of the beach chairs and the bikes! We loved everything about our stay! We would stay here again and again! Thank you for sharing your great condo! We hope to return in the near future! The Destin beach is beautiful!

First Impressions
I absolutly loved it! It was very comfortable. Close to the beach. The pool was right outside the front door and it was beautiful at night. I felt safe. Everything was perfect. David was helpful, and quick to reach. He sent an itinerary of things to do and places to eat. I will definitely go back for years to come. This was an awesome experience. Thank you so much!!!

David was super-responsive to all of our questions and was easy to work with. The pictures and descriptions of the condo were accurate. Our group of 3 adults and 2 children had a great time with ample room. Loved having the washer and dryer in the condo!

We really enjoyed location of this property and all of the amenities in Sandestin. Our condo was clean and layout worked well for our family! The chairs and umbrella came in very handy. The pool is literally steps from front door. We did go to Skippers Seafood market and grilled out on patio, Grouper and Gulf Shrimp!! We would definitely book again!!

Just stayed at the condo over Memorial Day weekend and it was absolutely perfect! It was very clean and the perfect layout for our family of five....we could have even brought the inlaws we had so much extra room! The beach is very close and easy to get to and the pool is literally a few steps out the door...but far enough away that our condo was very quiet. We were there during tropical storm Alberto but loved hanging out as a family in the living room while watching the rain fall. David was SUPER helpful both before and during our trip going above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, We usually don’t visit the same place twice but we are already considering a return visit! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here! So relaxing and fun and the perfect location.
