Walk two minutes through tropical gardens to Kaanapali's finest beach with fantastic snorkeling right in front of the property.
Beachfront dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner served at the ocean front, famous Cast Away Restaurant only steps away from the condo for those days you don't want to cook.
2 pools and jacuzzi's to choose from, one is right next to the condo, the other a 2 minute walk through the gardens.
Free trolley to the other side of black rock to the famous Whalers Village where you will find more restaurants, art galleries, shops and many water sports to choose from.
Close to Lahaina Towne for more restaurants, art galleries, shops and more activities.
Our little grass shack is decorated in the style of Old Hawaii with all the modern conveniences. Beautiful hand scraped bamboo flooring provides a wonderful feeling under those sun kissed bare feet. Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable king size bed, with luxurious linens and lots of pillows, and flat screen t.v. with Netflix or a DVD player with movies along with CDs of assorted music. We also provide lots of extra towels, beach towels, boogie boards, masks, snorkels, beach chairs and umbrella for your use. There is a BBQ area on property close to unit as well as a laundromat.
There is an additional $12 check in fee paid directly to Maui Kaanapali Villas upon check in as well as a $18 + tax per day facility fee which includes a package of parking, wifi, cable, discounted spa prices, discounted laundromat, trolly rides and a full work out gym.

Perfect place for our stay in paradise
We were thrilled with our stay in this property! We were greeted with a welcome basket full of local goodies which made us feel right at home. The bed is comfy, the place is clean and spacious. We were so appreciative of the extra towels, including jumbo beach towels for our use! Having boogie boards, noodles, snorkeling gear, beach chairs and umbrellas is such an added bonus and really helped make our time extra enjoyable! You are literally within walking distance of amazing beach areas, shopping and restaurants. We are already planning our next trip back and will definitely stay here again! We would highly recommend it!

Fantastic stay,everything we could have hoped for and more
Perfect!, Perfect!, Perfect! I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our experience. From the first contact with Jeanne to the moment we had to leave, (wish we could have stayed), everything was fantastic! We arrived to a friendly front desk staff who welcomed us and was very informative. The unit was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The view was fabulous and the unit was spacious and comfortable. We loved lounging on the couch and having our meals on the lanai watching the ocean. Jeanne even had live orchids in all the rooms to enjoy. She didn't forget any detail. We really felt the Aloha she put into everything. From the comfy bed sheets to the abundance of towels and everything you need in the kitchen to cook all your meals if you want to, all the beach equipment really saved us lots of money too. The location of the condo is close enough to everything for convenience but feels very private and not crowded. The beach is the best on Maui and we snorkeled right out in front and down to the right a bit. The turtles would swim right by us! There is lots to do within walking distance on the boardwalk, we even took the trolley to Whalers Village which was fun. We had a wonderful time and will certainly return to stay here again!

Wonderful Location and Perfect Hostess
We have been returning to the Maui Kaanapali Villas for 35 years, and we expect to come back many more times. We have stayed in this unit several times ... it is immaculately clean and well decorated When we arrived, we were greeted by fresh leis, a pineapple, some macadamia nut treats, and Hawaiian coffee, among other goodies... all topped off by a personal note wishing us a great stay. In all, a spectacular unit and a great vacation.

Great, affordable property in an excellent location.
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Jeanne was very responsive and was available for any questions we had. The unit itself was in great shape, was very clean, and had lots of small things that made it feel like a home. The location is excellent and is only a short walk to the beach.

I have stayed at this complex many times and Jeanne's two units are my favorites! Located in a great complex that is the best combination of a condo and a hotel. The units are always clean and the host is very responsive and easy to work with. this unit has a great view of the ocean too!

Relax in a beautiful condo with a view
This unit is beautifully appointed and it is clear that Jeanne, the owner, pays attention to little details that make a big difference. Not only did the condo have everything we needed to make us comfortable and be able to cook our own meals, but it also had beach chairs, umbrella, portable cooler and snorkeling equipment for fun on the beach. We loved our stay and look forward to returning.
