Aloha, and Welcome to Maui Kaanapali Villas. We are delighted to offer our villa in the authentic feeling of �Old Hawaii� with all the comfort and conveniences of modern day. The pale yellow imperial plaster walls cast a warm inviting light throughout the Villa.
A full kitchen with Granite counter tops, dishwasher, stainless steel ceramic cook top stove, microwave oven and large refrigerator make cooking a pleasure and clean up a breeze.
Experience the wonderful feeling of exotic polished Hawaiian river rock under foot in the kitchen and shower room and natural bamboo flooring throughout the rest of the villa. No need for shoes here! We provide luxurious linens, bath and beach towels.
Our Villa is tucked away in the most private corner of the Maui Kaanapali Villas beautiful 11 acre resort . You will experience the feeling of privacy, yet not be far from all there is to explore at our resort and beyond. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens you are only steps away from the more private of the two pools and Jacuzzi�s on the property. At night the tiki torches in the gardens provide the perfect romantic ambiance for the villa and your private lanai.
With our fully equipped kitchen you can prepare your meals and dine inside at our beautiful carved rosewood table or out on the lanai. Don�t feel like cooking? The convenience of The Cast Away Restaurant and bar located beach front at our resort is the perfect place to dine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. With their award winning wine collection, island style cuisine and friendly staff you will be sure to be delighted.
From our villa it is only a short two minute stroll through the exotic tropical gardens to the pristine white sands of the world famous Kaanapali Beach. There you will find the beach shack with all your water sport and cabana rentals. Right in front of the villa, and a short walk down the beach to Black Rock, provides you with two of the best snorkeling reefs on Maui. Lots of turtles and fish in their natural habitat to swim among.
Pull up a lounge chair on the grassy area fronting the beach to watch the nightly colorful sunsets, or stroll the boardwalk along the beach to discover restaurants bars and more.
At Maui Kaanapali Villas we offer a free trolley to venture to the other side of Black Rock to the Whalers Village. There you will find shops, restaurants, hotels and lots of activity.
There is an additional $12 check in fee paid directly to Maui Kaanapali Villas upon check in as well as a $18 + tax per day facility fee which includes a package of parking, wifi, cable, discounted spa prices, discounted laundromat, trolly rides and a full work out gym.

What a Retreat
What more could you ask for? This property was just steps away from the smaller pool on the resort and it was so quiet we often thought it was our own private pool. The welcome basket that Jeanne left for us was full of everything Hawaii and was very thoughtful. The resort is right on Kaanapali beach and close to plenty of shopping and dining options. This studio was roomier than we expected and also was stocked with snorkel gear, boogie boards, towels and other beach toys. We loved our time there and look forward to returning soon.

We really enjoyed and were very happy with this property! First time to Maui and with so many choices in lodging, the task was a bit overwhelming and we got very lucky! I didn’t want a large crowded area and I loved this place. The condo is beautifully decorated, the bed and sofa sleeper were very comfortable. We slept so well, it was quiet. Pool right outside our patio. Had everything we wanted for the beach, chairs, towels, umbrella and snorkeling equipment. Excellent location! Beautiful beaches! Our host left us a beautiful welcome basket. I’d highly recommend this unit! Thank you so much!

Quiet, relaxing, convenient, perfect.
We have stayed here at least 4 years. It is only a few steps from the pool and hot tub. The condo has all the amenities and the owner is a joy to work with. We always look forward to our return. There is a whole drawer full of personal care essentials, a fantastic welcome basket, a comfortable bed, amd all the pans and utensils you could possibly need. There is care for detail present throughout! Would recommend this condo to any and all. Mahalo, Jeanne!

Perfect spot
This is the perfect spot to have all the conveniences of home while still being on vacation. Unit was fully stocked. Was just as described. Communication was amazing. I feel like this is the hidden gem I have been looking for when staying in Maui! We’ll be back! Thank-you for a wonderful stay.
prefect studio in the perfect location
I have stayed at this complex many times and Jeanne's two units are my favorites! Located in a great complex that is the best combination of a condo and a hotel. The units are always clean and the host is very responsive and easy to work with.

A clean and serene accommodation!
Jeanne has thought of every possible convenience a vacationer would ever need with this spacious and clean living space. From the minute we walked in the door to be greeted by a welcome basket that contained water, wine and Hawaii themed snacks including a fresh pineapple, we were in awe. The bed was embellished with a fresh flower lei and Hawaiian chocolate. There were fresh orchids in each room, bath toiletries there if needed. The kitchen was stocked with oil for cooking, seasonings, pots, pans, etc. There was foil, ziploc bags, napkins; all the conveniences of home. For the beach goers there was a beach wagon with snorkel gear, beach chairs, bogey boards, an umbrella and swim noodles. The patio was garden/pool side with a table and four chairs. There was not one thing that she forgot to have for your convenience. We would definitely recommend this Unit #162 of the Coconut building at Kaanapali Villas Resort for travelers. We will visit there again.

The perfect location and beautiful condo
We really enjoyed out stay at MKV and this property. Jeanne was great communicating on my questions ahead of our stay. The condo itself is lovely, immaculately clean, and the first floor location just steps from a pool area and with parking just outside was fantastic. We actually preferred this setting in the Coconut building to the Emerald and Dolphin buildings which were next to the main pool becuase it was more private here. The beach was beautiful and fun to swim or walk. There is a nice beachfront walking trail from the property in either direction. There is also a great place to snorkle a beautiful, vibrant reef within walking distance from the condo at Kahekili Beach Park. Thanks for a great home away from home.
