This spectacular newly built home is surrounded by the ocean on all three sides offering sunrise views from the rooftop privacy deck or sunsets from the poolside patio. It boasts four bedrooms (3 master suites with king beds and private baths) and 4.5 baths. The finishes are impeccable with marble and granite throughout. Great Home that offers everything
we just got back from an adults only trip while our kids were at camp. What an amazing home. The infinity pool overlooking Cancun and the ocean was where we lived. You could see eagle rays swimming by!!!! The house have everything would want and has air conditioning in rooms for pleasant sleeping. For the price you can not beat the privacy you get with this wonderful home. the island itself if charming and not overly touristy. Had some great meals out! Truly only 20 minutes from airport to boat to island, 20 minute boat ride then u are there. People are very nice on the island. Hîghly recommend Casa la Bella and Isla mujeres!

Oh, Casa La Bella. Where do I even begin? I just got home after another amazing week in Isla Mujeres. There's just something magical about the island and its people, and Casa La Bella adds to it. Each time I go I'm still taken back by how perfect the house is. Everything was exceptional. We stocked up on some snacks and lots of cerveza y vino at Chedraui (if you forget ANYTHING this is the place to go). The sunrises in Isla are spectacular-it was so nice to get up and leave the house with my coffee and walk to Punta Sur each morning to see them. Casa La Bella offers some of the best views of the island, and sunsets are just as wonderful as the sunrises. I was very happy to see that there are a couple of cats that roam around. We would buy them canned tuna from Chedraui-they loved it! If you see the gatos, be nice and feed them, they will appreciate it. Anyways, I just can't get over what a wonderful time I had at Casa La Bella. Every day was exceptional. Mango Cafe, Lola Valetina's, Oscar's, Bally Hoo, and the Fénix are just a few restaurants that are highly worth trying. I wish I could stay forever on Isla, because it is just that amazing. I hope I can visit Casa La Bella again soon and make new memories. Muchas gracias para todos.
Casa La Bella is truly beautiful and relaxing....Isla Mujeres.........Perfect Spot
We just returned from what was as good a family vacation as one could ever wish for. Casa La Bella's owners need to know how much we appreciate the detail that was put into this house. The patio and pool were the favorite spot. We often had a difficult time deciding whether to stay at the house or go to Play Norte. We did both, so all was good. The weather was next to perfect as well. I think I counted 20 drops of rain on the patio one afternoon and that was it. As always, Isla provides many choices for local cuisine of all varieties. This year the USD averaged 15-16 pesos in exchange at most restaurants, so the dollar went further here than in the US. We will certainly work on getting back here again. I recommend Casa La Bella and Isla Mujeres as a destination for any occasion. Once you enter the door you start to relax as the views hit you from all angles. I will end this as I close my eyes and imagine entering Casa La Bella again!

best location on the island and best pool
house is amazing, it has everything inside plus best patio, pool and the view is unmatched, the owners are working on water access for snorkeling and swimming and if they add that it will be the best house on the island.

Excellent property
We had a marvelous week in Isla, highlighted by our stay at Casa la Bella. The property is as beautiful and well maintained as the pictures indicate. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen and of course the pool! Views are breathtaking and relaxing at the same time. The management team is excellent as well, very helpful and easy to connect with. Our family spent last week at this property and would do so again.

Family of 5 stayed for 5 nights. Loved that all the rooms have their own bathroom and big beds. The pool and view are amazing. Highly recommend Casa La Bella!

Amazing house, amazing view
My daughter was married at Zama, and this house was the backdrop for the bridesmaid breakfast and the first look with her new husband. It was perfect, I will never forget her walking down that wonderful stair. The professional photographers raved about the light and views, and we can't agree more. Thank you Rick Cuny, it was absolutely perfect. The hardest part was leaving!!

Beautiful and Relaxing
This property was amazing. It’s on the south end of the island so it’s a bit more quiet than the northside, but if you’re looking for relaxing and chill this is definitely the place. The house came with all the amenities you need for a normal daily living and extreme luxury. Relaxing by the pool was definitely the highlight. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking utensils. We were able to go grocery shopping and cook as if we were at home. The knives were even freshly sharpened. If you are going to rent this house you’ll definitely need a golf cart as most of the action on the island is a few miles north. If you’re going to take a taxi there are usually plenty of them on call just one block away and they cost about 100 to 150 pesos to get to the north end of the island. Santiago was the individual Who checked us in and out; he was very helpful respectful and knowledgeable about the area. We will definitely be back especially if we’re with family!
