Great place for a stay on Grand Canyon vacation
The carriage house was the perfect location for all the places we wanted to see on this visit to Arizona. It was clean and comfortable plus the kitchen was very well equipped for the meals we cooked. We would stay here again if we return to the area.

Amazing!
This place is just amazing! Close to everything, 40 minute drive to Lockett Meadow, 1.5 hour drive to the Grand Canyon, 10 minute drive to downtown Flagstaff and 5 minutes to Walmart. To top it off, it felt like home. Everything you need in a home is there. The agent has been awesome about being in touch. Best place to stay!

Easy access
Our main reason for visiting the area was to see the Grand Canyon. This place was just a few minutes from the highway but close to stores and gas. Had most everything to cook meals. Clean and comfortable. I would book it again!

Five stars plus for the exceptional location and the quality provided by the property owner.
We stayed for four nights as a family of four. My two young sons loved the house, and we loved of the cleanliness and the comfortable beds and house necessities. We were able to shop at Walmart and cooked everyday. We also made three trips to nearby famous places not too far from this house. The only problem we saw was the sunlight seemed to wake us up early as the window screen covers were not completely shield the light in all rooms. But it was fine because we wanted to wake up early and that we would get ready for our trips. We would return to this house if we would travel to Flagstaff again. We were fully satified with our decision to stay at this lovely comfortable house!

Carriage House was great... convenient location , nice parking, access to clothes washer/dryer, full kitchen with dishwasher, comfy living room... I did six days and would stay again

Beautiful Getaway
This place is great. Close to NAU, close to downtown, next to a park, surrounded by wooded area. The amenities in the house are good.

Lovely place!
Several light bulbs were out and I wish the checkout procedure did not include "putting the dishes away." I prefer place in dishwasher and start. Some limited TV access. Location is great!! Check in was very easy. Would stay there again!
