Fabulous View
This condo is very well-stocked with kitchen, laundry, and bathroom supplies. It is a comfortable floor plan and has a large lanai for reading, sunning and eating while watching whales! We had a couple of maintenance issues and Marilyn responded quickly to get them repaired. The view is gorgeous but does come at the cost of several flights of stairs. We have stayed in this condo several times and recommend it!

Marilyn’s condo was prefect place to stay for our vacation. Not only did it have everything we needed (and more) it was a great location. The lanai is very spacious and overlooks the pool and ocean. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely rent again!

Property is very nice, very clean, and perfectly located! Beautiful beach views from balcony and a five minute walk to beautiful beach! Pool right outside unit. Poipu is definitely place to stay! Lots to do! Hope to be back soon!

Paradise
Everything about this condo was 5 stars. The cleanliness, the access, and the views. Check-in was flawless. The condo makes you feel as if you were staying in someone's home, not a rental unit. I would look no further for a vacation rental if visiting this area. It's a win all around.

Awesome vacation and a great stay
Marilyn has been a great host. She has addressed all our questions in a timely fashion. Her place was great, with easy access to ship wreck and poipu beaches. We had a great stay. Would love to go again!

Great vacation
Had a wonderful vacation at Marilyns' condo. The condo is better than the pictures. The view from the third floor is amazing and the sunrises are incredible. The condo is just minutes away from beaches, stores and restaurants in Poipu. A wonderful location for exploring the South side of Kauai. We had a great time here.

Great location
- Clean - Comfortable - Well stocked - Great amenities - Swimming pool Overall this is a place we would def rent again. I'm going to Costco to buy those super soft towels in the master bathroom. Loved those towels.

Perfect central south shore location
My husband and I often go to Kauai especially Poipu for our annual vacation. This location was great for us, as my husband is a big surfer he surfs Shipwrecks Beach which is short 5 min walk from the condo! It was a perfect location for us to walk to dinners at the Hyatt or a fun walk to Brennecke's Beach. Short drive to shops, food, beaches in the area. As far as the condo it is great for long or short stays. Very roomy and kitchen has all the essential things you will need if you decide to dine at home or quick breakfast/lunch during your stay. Of course you will need to stop at the store for the food and basics. Make sure you check in first to see what might already be there as there was plenty of spices and seasoning. The beds are very comfortable and the sunrises are epic. There is no AC but so many fans are provided to relieve the humidity and heat on the hot summer days. The owner was very responsive to all questions or concerns that came up on our trip or before. Overall we would def book again if available on our future trips.

Condo with a view.
Everything we needed was provided. What a wonderful place to spend our anniversary. Perfectly placed for all outdoor activities. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. The pool area with the bbq grill was perfect. The outstanding views of Shipwreck Beach was mesmerizing. Last but not least, the airflow was most comfortable for sleeping. Most definitely would recommend for a stay on the Garden Isle of Kauai. Thank you , Marilyn.
