This is a beautiful, well appointed home,perfect for family vacationing. Pets are NOT allowed. The Championship golf course as well as driving range, chipping and putting greens are 1/2 mile away. The mountain course is a mere seven minute drive away. We are just minutes from the lake and staying here gives you access to your choice of two private beaches (one even has two swimming pools- adult and kiddie).
Winter sports such as skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling are all close by. We are also 1/2 mile from the Hyatt Hotel and Casino which offers gaming, entertainment, and a full spa with massages. The Reno Airport is 45 minutes away if flying in suits you. A first run movie theater, bowling alley, video rental, shopping, and great restaurants are minutes away.
This is a great place to get away from it all.

We really enjoyed the house . It has a great backyard, large kitchen and great room. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. Walking distance to hyatt and the beach and located on a quiet block. We spent more than 1 week there with my parents and our children and its great for a family vacation.
Great Getaway
2 family vacation with 4 children ages 4-9. Extremely spacious home. Great room with open floorplan to kitchen allows everyone to be together while 2nd floor which overlooks great room provides nice separation where the kids can hangout. Kitchen is updated and well designed and even has a griddle (we used it for making breakfast and teppanyaki). Backyard is a huge plus for families with kids as it is spacious and fenced in. Kids played for hours . . . ok, so did the adults!). Great location too as it was close to Hyatt and the lake. Total thumbs up!
5 Star Vacation Home
This spacious well kept summer/winter vacation home is a great rental for your next family vacation, girls weekend,or boys weekend. The house is very spacious with a great floor plan. The kitchen opens up into a great room. Makes for nice dinners and hanging out in front of the cozy fire. The kitchen has great built in griddle for fun breakfast foods. Love the upstairs hang out area. Great for kids to watch movies, play games, or just chill, while parents enjoy themselves down stairs. The two master suites are nicely separated for families to have their space. The backyard is huge and fenced in. Most Tahoe homes are not fenced in. Here the kids play outside, while the parents can relax knowing they can not go far. Also comes with a cozy hotub. Not far from this house is the family friendly Diamond Peak Ski Resort for winter fun and in the summer Incline Beach. For adult fun, the Hyatt is in walking distance with fun casino and dining. This home is truly a home away from home, but with more perks. Very clean as well…nice laundry room. 5 STAR all the way.

Perfect House for Summer Getaway
I booked this house for a reunion weekend with a group of friends and we had a fantastic time. We spent hours playing cards on the patio, grilling in the yard and soaking in the hot tub. The house was clean, spacious and well-appointed. And the location was superb--walking distance from the lake and the Hyatt Regency casino. We didn't have to venture far to find activities, restaurants and night life. The rental came with beach passes that allowed us to access the amazing private beaches in Incline Village, and the lake was truly spectacular. This house is a great option for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Lake Tahoe in the summertime!

Fabulous home away from home for a memorable family vacation
This is our 2nd vacation to this beautiful Incline home. We love the layout and it's gorgeous, yet comfortable décor. We each can enjoy our own space after full days of being together and yet feel cozy and at home. The location is ideal with close proximity to the lake/beaches, restaurants and shops. The entire home is spotless and the kitchen is well appointed for family meals when we want to stay in for a change. Our host, Bill is delightful and goes out of his way to make sure our stay is just perfect (and it was). Thanks Bill!

Annual Getaway
This is our 2nd time to stay at this property. There is plenty of room for everyone!! It's spacious, clean and has a really nice layout. We always enjoy the hot tub in the evenings and our kids play in the backyard too. Great location...3 minute drive to the beach or to the shops and restaurants too. Will definitely be coming back!!

Fantastic stay, beautiful home, super responsive
We were having a family reunion, and were looking for a property were some of our family members could stay. We had very specific criteria in mind - most importantly - we wanted a backyard, and we also wanted for the living area and one of the bedrooms be accessible for the elderly. We couldn't have chosen a better place. This house was just amazing. Beautiful and comfortable furnishing, lots of attention to detail. etc. Bill the owner was super responsive as I went back and forth with him over email, asking questions about the property, extending our stay, and even requesting to have a sneak peak of the property before our rental date... All in all an fantastic stay in the paradise.. Thank you Bill for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful Home
This property is amazing! Huge house, big sound system, nice backyard and close to golf courses and casinos. Went with a group of friends and had a blast. One of the best large houses that we have rented before.

My Tahoe Vacation
My family and I had a wonderful vacation while we stayed at this property. It is very well equipped with everything you would need, even down to books and games. Perfect Place in Perfect Location
Rented this lovely, spacious, and warm house over the Christmas Holiday and it was everything we could've asked for and more. Very reasonable price compared to other homes, tons of room to entertain and spread out with your group, while still feeling homey and comforting. Flume trail and Diamond Peak are both within 2 miles of the property, so easy to get to outdoor activities, and the beach is not much further than that.

Family time
The house is well located to the slopes and was nice and clean. Great kitchen. We were unable to use the hot tub due to the HEAVY waterlogged lid. Also think 6 dining room chairs is insufficient when the house “sleeps 10”.. Comfy beds and cozy fireplace..........
