Our home is located on a wide quiet street outside the gated community of Stalion Mountain. You will have the luxury of viewing the golf coarse and duck pond with out leaving your own back yard. Our 3 bedroom 2 bath has air conditioning, completely equipted kitchen, wood shutters through out the house, spacious living room, large open office area adjoining the living room with comfortable seating. The den with gas fireplace and Direct T. Vwith 500 channels and music channels, adjoins the kitchen. The house has WiFi. We have new clothes washer and gas dryer. There is a full covered 400 square foot back yard patio with table and padded chairs for 10 guests plus a portable bar b q. There are large trees which offers shade in the yard and quiet solitude where you can watch the golfers and the ducks on the pond and see and listen to all the other birds in the area. You can sit in the yard and watch the sun come up over Sunrise Mountain. Our home is a short distance about a one quarter mile from Sams Town Casino with gambling, and resturant,snack bar and an excellant prime rib buffet. The casino has 16 movie theaters for your entertainment. The house has an open atmosphere with wide hallways and tile floors in most of the areas which is good for handicapped people. All the bedrooms have fans and large walk-in closets. We have sidewalks on all the streets. Just 5 minutes to freeway we also have alarm system for home
The master bedroom has a king sized bed plus a queen sized Lazy Boy sleeper couch. Bedroom #2 has a queen sized bed, and bedroom #3 has a double bed. There is a Lazy Boy double sleeper in the den area. There are TV outlets in all the rooms and on the patio. The living room has a less than 2 years old Vizio 70 in. Tv. That does everything with computers. There is a 60 in Samsung in kitchen-den Area . It is a smart tv also. There is a 40 in in master bedroom. We have Wi FI and internet. The backyard is fenced. And mailbox has keys. We are about 7 miles to strip. There is a gas firelace in the den
We have direct tv sports and WiFi. We have a 3 month mimimum stay up to a year or more. There is parking in the garage. Washer and dryer in house. Completely furnished with dishes and linen. Carpeting in all 3 bedrooms with large office next to living room front door. With seating for 7. Plus livingroom seating. Whitney park close by with lots of activities. Swimming and biking Etc. Sams town a mile a way. $10 lunch buffet Our home is 2222 square feet with very little traffic with one Main Street and cul de sacks. Five minute drive to freeways. Water park 10 minutes away. Pet park and rodeo area. 8 minutes. Lots of trails for bicycle or walking and horses for rent. Indoor pool and tennis courts at Whitney park. Bowling alley at Sams Town Casino 5 minutes away. Our home has alarm system and we have a home owners association that patrols in a Vehicle. This is a very quiet community that is very close to shopping and fun and many golf course. In the winter you can drive to mountains and beautiful snow and fun.
The price is $80 a day. Pat coffey. There is an extra refrigerator in the garage and room for 1 car at this time. The driveway has room for 3 cars. There is a gardner twice a month.
Tenant pays gas. - water- electricity Wi fi and direct tv plus $75 for alarm system for house
- Y ou put up $700 for utilities. AWhich you will use for last month in home left over money will be returned with your $500 security deposit.
