ABOUT THE PROPERTY:
Three oceanfront villas with solar heated swimming pool and Social Hall. Perfect for large groups! Each villa is 3 bedroom/ 2 bath, house with a complete living area. Comfortable and convenient for groups. Groups have their privacy and their togetherness. Can be rented for special events like Weddings, Reunions, Corporate Meetings, Bachelor Parties, Birthdays, etc. The building has a total of three living areas, one kitchen, one patio,one barbecue, three bedrooms and two baths eon each floor. There is 7400 square feet of living area plus a beautiful garden area and off street parking for five cars. There is also street parking. This is a dead end street with an oceanfront park next door which is perfect for weddings. Tables and chairs can be rented for a park wedding for about $50.00.
The villas are three story, spacious, 5400 square feet of living area plus a beautiful garden area. We have 10000 square feet with spectacular views of gardens and ocean. Very private and serene. We have three separate levels all with three bedrooms, two baths with private patios, and cement steps with rails to the beach. The building sits on a bluff overlooking the blue Pacific Ocean with dolphins swimming and jumping in the surf. Each balcony represents 1 villa. Real Del Mar golf course is 3 minutes away perfect for golfers
Each villa is 1800 square feet with beautiful Mexican tile and decor. With concrete and steel construction you have the ultimate in privacy interior and exterior. All kitchen amenities. WE SUPPLY;all linen, . PLEASE BRING; towels,your personal bath products [bath soap and shampoo] , kitchen soap, ice, charcoal, lighter fluid, trash bags, drinking water, napkins, toilet paper towels and paper goods. We have propane log heaters for winter. Beautiful blue glare and heat resistant glass for your comfort. Built in large charcoal grill on patio. We have 5 gallon electric water coolers.
Villa #1 has one king bed in the master bedroom, one queen bed in bedroom #2, and one queen bed in bedroom #3
Villa #2 has a king bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in bedroom #2, A double bed and a twin bed in bedroom #3
Villa #3 has a king bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in bedroom #2, and two twin beds in bedroom #3
ABOUT THE CABANA:
The cabana is a 2000 sq ft building with stained glass Windows and Mexican tile. There is a large 20' x 20' kitchen with 40' of counter tops perfect for buffet serving. The kitchen has microwave, large refrigerator freezer plus a 8' by 10' pantry. The pantry has shelves for storage of food, paper goods and beverages. Dishes, pots and silverware provided. The Jenair stove has oven and food warmer. Cabana and pool combined area 4000 sq ft. There are coffee makers and toasters with microwave.
The social hall cabana is across from our private parking area. You will see a white PVC gate. Next to yellow garage door. It has steps up to pool and cabana area. Pool is solar heated. It is a fresh water pool. With very little chlorine. A stereo supplies music for inside and outside by the pool. Tables and Chairs for guests are located inside the cabana. 2bathrooms one inside and the other poolside. The pool has a solar heated swimming pool and 2 foot kiddie pool. villas but can be rented for a negotiated price. There is a Mexican brick charcoal Bar B Q by the pool. There are tables and chairs in the pool area for 30 guests.
Please note : THE HOT TUB IS OUT OF SERVICE AT THIS TIME.
CABANA/POOL RULES:
THE CABANA IS FREE WITH THE RENTAL OF THREE VILLAS!
Please Rinse any sand on your body off with hose. Before entering pool. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT. You could be charged $25 a day extra for extra cleaning.
Please take your trash to brick trash can area by garage and sign that says pat and bob.
Bring towels for kitchen bath and pool Bring soaps kitchen & bath
You can play music by pool just lower it so people can sleep
Please bring paper cups no glass allowed. In pool area.
Bring toilet tissue. Paper towels napkins throw away utensils.
ABOUT THE LOCATION:
San Antonio is a gated community complex with an oceanfront pool, tennis court, and a beach access ramp for cars and three wheelers to enjoy a ride on the beach. San Antonio is located 12 miles below the San Diego border via the scenic toll road and four miles north of Rosarito Beach across the toll road from Real Del Mar Country Club at km 19. The country club has golf, a spa, massage, and swimming. San Antonio has a small restaurant Gusto which serves diners, pizza, salads, burgers, liquor, etc and they will deliver.

$50 NIGHT PER ADULT OR $25 PER CHILD AFTER 20 PEOPLE.
THIS NEEDS TO BE CONFIRMED BY ME BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL.
THE MONTHLY RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE
UNDISCLOSED GUESTS OR PETS WILL BE CHARGED $50 EACH PER NIGHT.
FIREWOKS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN SAN ANTONIO.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
$500. the security deposit will be returned to you with in 10 days of departure if everything is in good order and there is no damage to the villa or extra unpaid guests. any extra guests [ adults or child ] must be disclosed by e mail prior to your arrival. failure to do so could result in immediate eviction and forfeit of all monies. there is a $350.00 total cleaning fee required for the three villas and cabana.
CANCELLATION POLICY;
50% of payment returned if we can re-rent at same amount of payment.
RENTAL DEPOSIT
$600 to confirm your 3 night stay... . Total balance due within 5 days via PayPal or Bank transfer is accepted. Security deposit cannot be deducted from balance but will be returned by mail or via PayPal within 10 days.
DIRECTIONS:
Take I-5 or I-805 from San Diego to the Mexican border. Stay in the far right lane at the border and follow signs saying Rosarito. Stay on toll road to Rosarito via Rte. 1 scenic toll road. When you see Real Del Mar exit continue under the overpass and exit to the right immediately at the green sign saying SAN ANTONIO NTE. This is the north entrance to San Antonio. Pass through the guard station and continue straight to the ocean. Turn left and proceed one block to the end of the road to 1001 Duna with sign on garage that says PAT AND BOB. There is a small parking are here for you, In front of you is villa 1. Go to the right and you will see steps to villa 2 and 3
When coming back from Rosarito on highway. Pass up first off ramp to San Antonio. Next exit is Real Del Mar go off there and go across bridge Which is an on ramp to freeway. In 20 feet you will see exit to San Antonio Nte (North). And guard station. Go to ocean then left to end of street. 1001 Duna. Pat Coffey. Guards will ask where you are going. There is a small market at south entrance. Also. Restaurants across bridge at south exit. We are located at Nte (north) entrance. Which means north entrance. Sign says San Antonio Nte (North). Your WIFI CODE. Is. dolfinsrun coffey2go
The villas sit on the right with a flagstone parking area in front. we are located next door with a sign saying pat and bob. come through the mosiac arch to pick up the keys and to view the condos. our mailing address is pat Coffey PO box 439060 pmb730 San Diego California 92143 1001 duna. you will need our address to enter through the guard station.
