This is not a timeshare. This is a Physician's Private, Luxury Vacation home located in the highly desirable Poipu Kai Resort in Poipu. Poipu is on the South Shore, 'The Sunny Side,' of the Hawaiian Island of Kauai.
You can enjoy your stay in our beautifully furnished, single-story home located in the upscale Poipu Kai Resort. Bordered by Shipwreck Beach to the east and Poipu Beach to the west, and joined by wide open green belts, Poipu Kai Resort offers availability to nine tennis courts, a gated swimming pool and spa (currently under construction until the end of August), and 24 hour security on-site.
The Hyatt Regency Hotel and the Poipu Bay Resort Golf Course are just minutes away.
In addition all 6 guest staying at our home will have access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club less than one mile from our home.
As our guest you will have exclusive access to all club amenities and sports equipment is provided. You will enjoy a Resort Pool with water-slide, a sand bottom keiki pool, Fitness Facility / cardio room /weight room / fitness classes, 4 USTA Tennis Courts / 2 Pickleball Courts / 2 Basketball half-courts, along with Shuffleboard / Ping Pong / Badminton / Lawn Games.

Furnished in an exquisite island-Oriental motif, this three bedroom, two and a half bath home boasts many decorator delights. An over-sized, black marble, sunken tub and shower off the master suite, top-of-the-line kitchen appliances, an entertainment center, and the tropical garden lanai covered with sweet-smelling jasmine, are just a few of the special offerings of this home.
There's a washer and dryer, extra linens, and beach towels. No maid service. Enjoy the CD player, VCR, two TVs, DVD Player, Gas Barbecue grill, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, private phone, and much more. There are tropical breezes, and ceiling fans throughout to keep you cool; no Air Conditioning. The master bedroom has a King bed. A Queen in bedroom #2 with two twins in bedroom #3.
The house is located mid-way between Shipwreck Beach, and Brennecke's Beach, the world-famous body-surfing beach, which is joined by Poipu Beach. Poipu Beach was just featured on the Travel Channel and has been rated the #1 Beach in America. It is perfect for all type of water activities especially snorkeling. Poipu Beach even has a special children's lagoon where the water is not deeper than three feet. All beaches can be reached within a five minute walk through the tropical gardens of Poipu Kai Resort.
Cancellation Policy Cancellations for bookings between 1/6 - 12/14 require a 90-day written notice for refund of your initial deposit less a $75 processing fee and the non-refundable $50 reservation fee. If less than 90 days' written notice, the entire initial deposit is forfeited. If less than 60 days' written notice, the rent & excise tax is forfeited. Cancellations for bookings between 12/15 - 1/05 require 120 days' written notice for refund of your initial deposit less a $75 processing fee and the non-refundable $50 reservation fee. If less than 120 days' written notice, the full initial deposit is forfeited. If less than 90 days' written notice, the rent & excise tax is forfeited.

Great house and location
Our family had a wonderful stay in Kauai - the home is a ranch style, all on one level. It was close to the beach and very comfortable. It was clean with nice amenities. We would highly recommend.

Beautiful, spacious house with all the conveniences of home! Great for a big family
We had an amazing stay at Hula Heaven! The house was the perfect size for our family (of 4 adults and 2 kids) with room to spare. Upon our arrival we discovered welcome packages in the fridge which was a very thoughtful touch! The place was clean, well taken care of, great layout and lots of airflow for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen is large and very well-equipped; we had all our meals at home and especially enjoyed the BBQ and lanai area. We highly recommend Hula Heaven and hope to return again soon!

Perfect Family Retreat
We stayed at Hula Heaven for 5 days in November 2017 with our almost 2 year old and his grandparents. We didn't need to ask for anything, because this house has everything you need for a perfect vacation. 7 minute walk to Shipwreck Beach, 7 minute walk to Brennecke's Beach. Shopping, Dinner, or drinks at the Hyatt, or a sunset Mai Tai and clam chowder at Brennecke's Beach Bar are nice, but cooking your own dinner and grilling out on the deck here are even better. This house has all the comforts you would want if you lived here year round. The garage is stocked full of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards, coolers, snorkels, fins, and water shoes. Our son loved playing and boogie boarding at the Kid's Beach down the street and we loved watching the stars at night. The Woodard's House is the perfect place for your Kau'i Vacation. Fantastic location and the reality was even nicer than the pictures.
Clean, roomy, nice lay-out, great location. The kitchen is open, light and with lots of counter space and more than enough dinnerware. Towels and linens were well stocked and good quality. The green space just out back was big enough for kids to play catch and tag. Beaches, restaurants and shops were within walking distance. A wonderful vacation home.

Beautiful home in quiet location
The home has all windows facing the tropical greenbelt and mountain views. Excellent location to Poipu Beach with snorkeling and children area. Brennecke Beach adjacent for best boogie borading on Kauai. Been coming to Kauai over 25 years and enjoy this property the best. Enjoy

The perfect family home
The location is amazing. Walked down the way to hotel lagoon pool and walk in the other direction to baby beach. If you have super little ones, this House is for you. I have an 18 month old and an almost 3 year old. It was perfect for them. We could do one activity and I could leave my husband and son to continue having fun and walk my daughter home for a nap.

We all thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. All the amenities that we needed.
Our family had a wonderful time at this property. Located in a very nice area with easy access to beaches, shopping and sight-seeing. Liked that the house was all one level and offered many extras--snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas, etc. We would point out that the access to the Athletic Club is a very nice touch, however if you walk there, a stretch of the road (highway) has no sidewalk or much room by the road for pedestrians, doesn't feel safe. We advise driving to the club. All in all our family had a very good time at this property.

lovely spacious home
We spent three weeks here and couldn't have been more pleased. The layout was great with 3 comfy bedrooms off a hallway and the common areas were filled with light from large windows overlooking greenbelt and lovely mountain views. The ceiling fans and louvered windows provided most of the cooling circulation, and there were portable fans also available, but we only used in the back master bedroom. The proximity to the beaches to the right or left was perfectly walkable. Plenty of beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys) was provided as well as towels. We would gladly stay in this comfortable home again.
