VAIL LUXURY HOUSE IS LOCATED IN CASCADE VILLAGE, RIGHT BEHIND THE GRAND HYATT VAIL, WE ARE FIRST STREET ON LEFT, WHICH IS WESTHAVEN CIRCLE ON THE RIVER AND JUST STEPS TO CASCADE WAY SKI TRAIL AND CHAIR #20 SKI LIFT. WE ARE DIRECTLY ACROSS THE RIVER FROM THE NEW GRAND HYATT VAIL RESORT/POOL AND ARIA HEALTH CLUB. WE CAN SEE PART OF THE POOL AREA FROM OUR LIVING ROOM DECK.
VAIL TICKET OFFICE AND SKI RENTAL STORE IS LOCATED RIGHT NEXT TO THE CHAIR #20 SKI LIFT AT END OF HOTEL BUILDING. Buy your ski tickets and rent skis right at the chair lift! There is also a public parking garage right across from the lift.
ENJOY OUR 95 feet frontage of the GORE CREEK. In the summer, enjoy our log furniture seating for 8-10 and tables for appys and cocktails or play games or fly fish. In the winter, you can still enjoy the sounds of the river. Kids can also toboggan across the street from our house.
This house is one of the few homes in the neighborhood with Central Air-Conditioning for your comfort during the summer months.
A 6 PERSON SPA HOT TUB ON the lower DECK (is under cover from the weather, so you don't have to get out in the snow or rain to enjoy the Hot Tub) with GREAT views of the River and mountains beyond. EVERYONE mentions that the photos don't do justice to the VIEWS. Enjoy a 3 - Person FAR-INFRARED SAUNA. This house is Spacious enough for multiple families or groups to spread out with 3800 Sq Ft + SLEEP 16+ (in beds). You can spread out, if you wish. There's 5 Bedrooms AND a Bunk Room which (sleeps 4) Two Sets of CUSTOM MADE LOG Bunk Beds. Great for kids or adults. ALSO, a new Queen Size Sofa Sleeper in the family room, should you want to spread out. (it has a Temperpedic mattress, no uncomfortable 'bars'). Walk To Chair #20 Or Ski-In/Out From Hotel: WE ARE CLOSER TO LIFTS THEN MOST PLACES IN THE OTHER VILLAGES, WITH NO WAITING IN LINE & MORE TIME ON THE MOUNTAIN! Ride Chair #20 Lift back down anytime during the day until 4 p.m. (last ride down) If you don't want to do any of above, I provide 'Free Parking right next to the Chair Lift' in the Public Garage Parking, especially if you have young children. Sports Store is located at the Chair #20 Lift, at the end of the hotel building, you can rent skis and equipment and valet rented skis at the end of the day (at no charge). Also, we are Just Steps to the Grand Hyatt Vail Resort/Pool & Aria Spa/Health Club/Pool With all the Amenities including the Restaurant, Starbucks Coffee Shop, Hugh Lobby Bar With Entertainment For Apre Ski. Huge living room has large stone fireplace (gas) and HDTV, with two sofas, 2 chairs, sitting bench, gaming table/4, there's plenty of room to enjoy those stories after a great ski day, summer hikes or event! The Family room is great for kids to play and adults to just hang out and enjoy. The living room has a fireplace and fantastic views including the river and mountain range views beyond. There's plenty of room to spread out but yet come together too.
This is a three level house, entry is on the street level, the foyer with baby grand piano, 2 car garage, 4th and 5th bedrooms and full bath. In the summer, enjoy the front patio with a fire pit and 2-tier fountain and plenty of seatings with high end chairs and sofa. Main level has a BBQ Grill on kitchen deck, grill both summer and winter long, 1/2 bath, creek side wrap around deck off living room. Living room and family room, large dining room area, eat-in large kitchen, 1/2 bath and Bunk Room that sleeps 4 on 2 Bunk Bed Sets. Family room can sleep two in Queen Sofa Sleeper, if necessary, there's a door for privacy. Lower level has master bedroom En Suite with jacuzzi tub and fire place, Safari En Suite, with fire place, Gore Creek Suite en suite and laundry room with 2 sets of washers/dryers. Wrap around Deck with 6-person Hot Tub. This is a great location with easy access so guests can come and go a. Once you arrive, you don't have to drive until you are ready to leave. Across the creek, you can walk the bike path to the Lionshead and Vail Village, or take the free shuttle offered at the Cascade Hotel into the village.

Rental Notes
Starting May 23 through August 7 Summers all 7 night minimum stays, unless nights are leftover, then 7 night minimum doesn't apply. Holiday Weeks such as July 4th, Labor Day and March Spring Break Weeks are priced at a slightly higher rate, $100-$200/night. Spring Break Weeks are 7 night minimum, if available. We have a popular location and do book early, so to make sure the house will be available, please consider booking asap! MY RATES are based on Cash Payments. I prefer electronic e-Checks, Personal Checks, Business Checks, but I can accept credit cards through Pay Pal and Bank Wires for out of country guests.
Due to the fact some reservations are made a year or more in advance, my payment and cancellation policy is as follows:
Payments: 50% of the total rental amount is due to secure the reservation at the time of booking and the 50% balance is due on or before 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Refund Policy: If the reservation is cancelled MORE than 60 days prior to the check-in date, then 50% of the first payment is refunded.
If the reservation is cancelled LESS than 60 days, prior to arrival, there is no refund due.

The house had absolutely everything
It was perfect for our multigenerational celebration. There was a fully stocked toy room for the kids to a beautiful deck complete with alpine flowers and hummingbirds. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Ruth Ann’s thoughtfulness and her home.

Amazing Vacation
We rented Perdigo House for 3 weeks in january (2019) to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday and it was just perfect. The house is incredible, extremely confortable, the rooms are very spacious and the beds are a dream. The living room has beautiful views and it snowed a lot, it was just breath taking. The kichen is the best part, huge, very well equipped and where everything happened, we had incredible happy hours there!!! We invited 3 diferent group of people throughout these 3 weeks and had all ages, from 2 years old to 80 at the house and everyone just loved it. Ruth was amazing, extremely helpful with every single detail and whim we had, we can't thank you enough for everything you did for us. On the 2nd week we had 8 teenagers and 8 adults in the house. Between the bunk beds and Man cave, we actually did not see the kids , they had their own private wing of the house all to them selves and had a blast!!!! The house is very well located and you can walk to the ski lift and leave your equipment at Talisa Hotel, very convinient. We just loved everything about this beautiful home and hope to come back soon. This was the perfect family vacation and birthday celebration!!!!! Pastro family

An amazing week on an incredible house
The house is great! We are a family of 15 and we were very confirtable on the house!! The bedrooms are huge and every bed is very confortable. The kitchen and dinning room are big enough for everyone to eat and have a great time! Also Ruth was always available for us which made the hole experience excellent. 100% recommend it for big families!

Beautiful home close to the slopes. Perfect for large families or groups of friends. Ruth was the perfect host. Easy to communicate with and left instructions and help guides for everything you could think off. Wonderful view of the creek and close to everything.

Large House as described / pictured with a very helpful host
Ruth Ann was brilliant - great communication and great tips. The house is really large - all the beds comfortable and large. We all had our own space. The ameneties were great including a nice hot tub at at perfect temperature. The slopes are 5 minutes away, but Ruth Ann provided parking in Vail or Lionshead allowing us to finish there for Apres Ski and then head home via car. Great having that option. It's a shame we didn't avail of the kitchen to eat in as the kitchen has everything, but maybe next time!

Wonderful house...
This house was wonderful for our big family. Everyone had a place to relax. House was very clean and very well equipped. The mid week clean was a pleasant surprise...had never had that offered. The view was outstanding. The beds, sheets and towels were very comfortable and substantial. The kitchen was very well stocked and had absolutely everything we needed and wanted. Ruth Ann was extremely responsive to all our needs....which were few. The location to town was great as was the use of the near by pool. The kids enjoyed the yard and picnic table outside for meals. We had such a great week here. We all cooked and the kitchen had everything. Best stocked house we have stayed in ....and we have stayed in many. Thanks Ruth Ann!

Great house in a great location
Our family of 12 found this house to have the perfect layout - the bunk room was just beside the den/TV/game room and away from adult bedrooms; living and dining areas had plenty of space; crib and pack and play were ready when we arrived! A short walk away a salt water pool, hot tub, spa, bike rentals, club with tennis/basketball/pool table/football and gym meant that everyone could find a fun activity close by. Vail Village and Lionshead are nearby, too, but this house has so much going for it - two decks with lots of seating and beautiful views, two comfy living areas with plenty of sofas and chairs , hot tub, front patio with fire pit and quality outdoor furniture and umbrella and gurgling water fountain feature - that some days no one wanted to leave! The house has everything you could possibly want or need - the kitchen is organized and efficient with everything from instant hot water to iced coffee machine to wine cooler to gourmet appliances. Owner Ruth Ann is available for any questions and is very responsive. We loved our time here! Thank you, Ruth Ann!
