**Summer Bookings: Summer bookings are Week to Week. So it doesn't matter if you stay 2 or 7 nights the cost will be $800. Here are the nightly rates for the summer:
2 nights= $400 per night
3 nights=$266 per night
4 nights=$200 per night
5 nights=$160 per night
6 nights=$133 per night
7+ nights=$115 per night
Enjoy our affordable townhome in East Vail with over 2,000 square feet of open space, vaulted ceilings, and windows throughout. This Large Home With Vaulted Ceilings And An Open Floor Plan Creates A Wonderful And Comfortable WINTER RENTAL. A Place For Entertaining Lots of Family And Friends. Incredible Southern Views of The East Vail Chutes Are Perfectly Complemented By The Sun Drenched Deck With A Private Hot Tub. Parking is not an issue here!! You can park in the garage as well so you do not have to scrape the snow off your car. Not only is our place affordable but you can also sleep up to 11 in beds if you have children and probably only 9 adults comfortably.
Our home is located in a prime location in East Vail just 5 miles from Vail village. The condo is fully furnished and all towels and linen will be supplied. The master bedroom also has a Jacuzzi bath.
As an added bonus, you can relax in your own private 8 person hot tub on the deck outisde the home and enjoy the beautiful mountain views from the deck.
Easy access to the Town of Vail Bus system ensures ease of transport to the ski hill and ammenities. And the stop for the free shuttle bus to Vail is right outside at the end of the driveway to Avoid the $25 PER DAY parking lot fees. However, after 3:00PM the Parking is Free if you want to drive back into Vail for the eveing.
This property does not allow any pets and is NON SMOKING. This house is not suitable for a PARTY HOUSE rental.

Memorable
It's easy to make memories at this house. Beautiful houses in a great location with easy access to everything you want. Bed and bath furnishings are top class and the Hot tube on the deck overlooking the powered mountains is breathtakingly beautiful. While skiing was it our thing, enjoying the home and driving the local scenery was more than enough For a get away weekend. Highly recommended.

Beautiful, Clean Condo
This condo was perfect for our family of 5 (we have a 7,4 and 2 year old)! The kids loved the "secret" playroom upstairs and the size of the condo was perfect. It was nice to have the master on a separate level from the kids' room. The bathrooms have been renovated and are stunning! The kitchen is a bit outdated but very functional, and the attached dining area is very nice. It was also helpful to have the laundry on the main level, and the washer and dryer are good quality. The beds are comfortable, and the sheets and blankets were soft and clean. I had to contact Pamela a few times and she responded quickly and was always very pleasant and helpful. I had some packages delivered while we were there, and when a few were put in the parcel box I couldn't access (while in a time crunch for our family pictures!) Pamela was able to help me sort that out as well. We were only a few minutes from a great sledding area for the kids and they're still asking almost a week later if it can be our house forever!

Best value in Vail
My kids and grandkids would not want to stay anywhere else. Near Gore creek and East Vail falls. We had a car and free parking in Vail, but chose to ride the bus for convenience (Nextbus app). Although the layout was a little interesting, the furnishings were great and the beds good. The whole process was flawless, and this would be our choice for a return trip.

This place is perfect
The house was beautiful! Tons of space and well maintained. It's far enough away from Vail Village to not have the hustle-and-bustle, but close enough to still experience everything. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great family house
We rented the house for the week while we were in town for a family wedding. The kitchen was fully stocked, comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms, so clean and the beet was the loft toy room surprise. Great place for a large group!
