The Private community of Rancho La Parota sets off this Beautiful beachfront bungalow with 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, Styled with traditional Mexican furnishings and an exquiset pool with miles of secluded private beach. This property adds serenity and relaxation for all lifestyles.The house is equipted with the latest appliances, washer/Dryer/ stylish furnishings and an outdoor living space that captures the ocean view. While relaxing you will no doubt see dolphins and whales swim past the house on any given day.
This private community has a gate keeper and the property has a live-in-on-site Veledore. Pablo is there to help with many different services. The house includes a maid 3 days per week, Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Additional maid service is extra and upon availability. A Cook is available for hire, and can be set up after arrival and upon availability.
Puerto Escondido offers an old style Mexico feel where you can still go out to dinner for lobsters and margaritas for under $10. The friendly atmosphere from the locals is also very refreshing.
Puerto Escondido is still one of Mexico's last secluded areas that still has the old Mexico feel.

Fantastic Property!
Wow! Casa Nikki is a real find! The house is wonderful and spacious, with an amazing outdoor space including the pool and the beach. It is a little way out of town, but very private and absolutely worth the short trip. Our family of five did not want to go home! The caretakers, Ema and Pablo, are lovely and helped with whatever we needed. Really, you can go to Casa Nikki and nowhere else!

Great stay at lovely beachfront home
This house is perfect, decorated with excellent taste, very well maintained and with good quality furniture right in front of a almost private beach It is the right size for the 8 person capacity where everything works well. We really enjoyed our time in Oaxaca, where there are many things to do in case you want to discover nature, adventure or Mexican culinary. The place is far much better in life than the pictures and definitively recommend this place.

Fabulous!
Last week we stayed at this property (Casa Nikki) and it was absolutely fabulous! The entire vacation was beyond our expectations. The house was very much like a home - comfortable and charming ... and the setting was breathtaking. Ema prepared a few delicious meals for us and Pablo kept the pool and garden in lovely shape. Puerto Escondido is the best of authentic Mexico - not overrun with tourists and there were no high rises cluttering the scenery. We'll be back!
