This newly Constructed, Playa del Carmen, luxury two-story home is conveniently located in the private gated community of Playacar Phase One. Just 50 steps from the beach and a short walk to town and the famous Fifth Avenue or the ferry to Cozumel.
The accommodations in the house are 'turn key' (you just need to show up); maid to do dishes, maid to wash your clothes, house manager to run errands. Casa Caracol has a large swimming pool and deck overlooking the ocean. The four bedrooms are large and comfortable as are the four bathrooms. You will have the comforts of home with the sparkling blue Caribbean just steps away. Go to sleep at night with the sound of the ocean or enjoy the air conditioning with separate room controls. Enjoy the views and night lights from the island of Cozumel from the decks and pool. Gourmet kitchen. All Travertine counter tops. A Bose stereo iPod docking station was recently added and a Bose bluetooth speaker. One of the nicest rental homes in Playacar Phase One. Maid Service Monday to Saturday.

Tropical elegance and comfort
This year was our family’s 4th year at this property. For my family of 5 adults and 3 children it’s the perfect set up with the bedrooms. The grandchildren have their own beds in a 1st floor bedroom as well as their own bath. The house manager, pool man and housekeeper are all very pleasant and accommodating as well. This year Mother Nature destroyed the beach halfway into our vacation and we did use the pool a lot more then previous years. The walk to 5th Ave for dining and shopping is easy and safe. Great Location, beautiful place
We celebrated a 60th birthday with 9 people. The house was perfect fit for our needs. Clean, modern, and had everything you could need. The only downfall for us was the pool area is shaded and small, we couldn't lay out at the pool. The beach had a large amount of seaweed and it was smelly. So we went to different beach clubs to get our sun ! All and all this is a fantastic place and great people who rented it, very helpful and gave us contacts to for everything while we were there.

Great location!
We just stayed a week at Casa Caracol and had a fabulous time! The house is very conveniently located. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The beach is super close but we only walked it a few times and hung around the pool most of the time. The beds are extremely comfortable and the house is well maintained. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you could need. The house manager and the owners were always available if we had questions or needed anything. It was a wonderful time for all 9 of us!
