Email us your Grocery and Liquor shopping list a week prior to your arrival and the house will be stocked and waiting for you, no additional fee. Maid will do your laundry for you daily if you want. Cook provided for $100 a day for two meals and $60 a day for one meal.

Perfect place
The house is very comfortable for 7 people (2 families) that we were. Ideally located, very close to the beach and the center of PDC (Playa Del Carmen). The communications with the Owner have always been courteous and fast. The welcome from the entire team was warm and we felt safe at all times. Moreover, the safety in the Playacar sector seemed to be increased (policemen who ride motorbikes very frequently) compared to our previous visits (about 15 times) in condos not far from this place. A special thank you to Yvonne (manager) who did us a great service - I had forgotten my wallet and cell phone on the plane and Yvonne helped us to communicate with the airline to retrieve it. Many thanks for this beautiful week of relaxing holidays.

Amazing stay at Casa Blanca!
My family and I just returned from our stay at Casa Blanca. Our party included 4 adults and 5 kids (ages 5-10). Prior to our trip Ivonne, the property manger, was extremely helpful. She answered all my questions, ordered our groceries, arranged excursions, private transport and booked the cook for us. She was so sweet and nice to work with. Upon arrival Ivonne was waiting for us and Norma was already cooking our 1st dinner! All the groceries we ordered were unpacked and ready to go. The house itself was clean and beautiful as described in the listing. There were ample towels, blankets, pillows and toiletries which was nice. The pool was wonderful and very convenient for our group. The house is located on the corner of the street so it was not very private but the street and community are not very busy. We felt very safe but since the house is situated on the corner and people walk by I would take caution not to leave things outside unattended for periods of time. The house is very close to the beach, unfortunately while we were there the sargassum (red algae) was very heavy so the beach was not ideal and we did not spend anytime there. There were people cleaning up the beach to remove the piles of the sargassum and it seemed to be improving as we were leaving. Of course the owners have no control over this issue, which is a problem in the entire area, so it does not impact my opinion of the house. Fili and Mirna took excellent care of the house to make sure it was clean and everything was working properly. Occasionally we had small issues arise but the responsiveness from the property team was excellent. I highly recommend hiring Normal to cook a few meals, they were excellent and it was so convenient! This house made for a relaxing vacation! I would definitely consider staying at Casa Blanca on a return trip to Playa.

Hermosa y comoda
Pasamos una semana en esta casa y la verdad es que nos encantaría regresar, súper cómoda para una familia de 10, Ivonne la administradora siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos, así como philly el jardinero y la Sra que hace la limpieza, todos súper amables y siempre con una sonrisa en la cara, tiene todo lo necesario para hacernos la vida más fácil, la casa está impecable de limpia y súper cómoda, en realidad nos sentimos como en casa, definitivamente volveremos!!
