Casa Ilusion is the most beautiful beachside villa on the north end of Sayulita. After a complete remodel three summers ago, we’ve just finished our new 2018 expansion. Come relax in serene indoor / outdoor palapa poolside living. Bring another friend or 2 – we’ve added another bedroom suite plus a tv/games/kids' room. Now even more perfect for families and friends!
Casa Ilusion is a unique, luxury private beachfront home. Located on just under an acre of land with towering palm trees and 120 feet of beachfront. It is the ONLY beachfront home, not condo, ideally located on the quiet north side beach, and is a short walk to the town center. No car is necessary – restaurants, cafes and lovely Sayulita shopping are within an easy 5 minute stroll.
As soon as you enter Casa Ilusion, you will see through the beautifully appointed main house to the professionally landscaped, tranquil grounds & spacious lawn lush with magnificent palms to the ocean beyond. Relax under a palapa, umbrella, or in a hammock by the ocean, with the sounds of the waves and the sea breeze. Carry your board 200 yards up the beach to surf the left or right, or walk up the beach to dinner.
Casa Ilusion’s main house and casita are ideal for 5 couples. The five spacious, air conditioned suites, each with an ocean view, offer the highest level of comfort with luxury Frette bedding on king beds, all complete with their own en suite bathrooms. The new separate TV/games room can be converted to 2 twin beds for accommodating 2 children (kids only please!). This room is next to our first floor bedroom and can be configured as a family suite as needed.
In addition to the main house comfortably sleeping 8 adults + 2 children itself, there is a beautiful beachfront Casita, just steps from the ocean, which comfortably sleeps 3 (King + Single bed). The Casita is air conditioned 600 square feet - a real "Honeymoon Casita" suite with full bath, and a beautiful palapa style ceiling.
In all, Casa Ilusion has beds for 10 adults and 3 children. We also can provide 2 cribs and highchairs.
The main living space comes equipped with all of the amenities you could need; flat screen HD TV & satellite cable & high speed Wi-Fi connection is accessible throughout the house and the grounds.
Casa Ilusion features its own private beach area with palm trees situated atop a five-foot seawall so you can either lie in the sun at water's edge on the wide public beach, or find some shade to take a nap in a hammock on our own private beach frontage. This feature is unique to Casa Ilusion.
Daily Maid Service is included six days per week (not Sunday).
****Casa Ilusion is available for 7 night stays throughout the high season. Shorter stays may be possible during the off season depending on availability and time of booking.****

Paradise - couldn’t have asked for more
This house is spectacular — the setting, grounds, architecture and decor were off the charts. There was little reason to leave the property, and when we did we loved strolling into town and bobbing in the waves. The ocean directly in front of the house is calm and inviting and the beach is clean

The “Illusion” came true
The house was exactly what we were hoping to have for our family of 10 adults and 4 children. Couldn’t have a more perfect place that would keep everyone happy and entertained. When we arrived into Sayulita, Theo offered to pick us up and carried our luggage. Casa ilusión was spotless and we felt welcomed right away. Vanessa (the cook recommended by Theo) was great with a great attitude and dependable. WiFi coverage was a bit spotty but we were there to relax and didn’t mind so much. One night the city water supply failed, apparently this is common but early next morning a water truck came in to replenish the cistern and the water was back before the whole family awoke. The house has many different areas to enjoy and relax. Loved the lighting and the decoration; sleek and chic. The mixture of modern and Mexican was done very tastefully. The lush and perfectly manicured gardens, the two palapas and hammocks were just right. Theo the house manager was quick to respond to our questions and when asked for the pool to be heated for the children, he was there in 5 mins to get it done. If I had something to say that could deduct points from Theo’s perfect score was the fact that he didn’t deliver the sun for the first 3 days but on the fourth it was out.
