The house is located less than twenty-five steps from the main Sayulita beach in front of the surfing break, Don Pedros, and the small characteristic fishing fleet of pangas (open-bowed boats). Though a private parking space is available, a rental car is not necessary since all restaurants, shops, and village activities are within an easy walking distance from the house. A lush tropically landscaped stone walkway leads from the parking space to the enclosed private courtyard and waterfall pool.
The architecturally designed estate layout includes three levels plus a separate guest house thus ensuring privacy for each of the five bedrooms. Of course, in-ground and potted tropical plants lend to a perfect jungle-ish environment.
A newly renovated roof deck provides expansive 360 degree, private views not to be missed!
The majority of bedrooms and all living/dining areas are treated to expansive views of the Pacific Ocean, beaches, Sayulita village, and surrounding jungle. Villa Cuatro Monos comes complete with a full-time staff available for cooking meals*, provide babysitting*, house cleaning and gardening. The house also comes equiped with beach supplies to make your trip easy and fun. Private boats, surf boards and SUPS are available to rent just a few feet away.

Refundable Damage Deposit $500
No hidden fees. Daily maid service and gardener are included.
If reservations are cancelled between 90 days and 60 days of your planned arrival date, a cancellation fee of one night lodging will be charged and the remaining balance of your deposit will be refunded. If reservations are cancelled between 60 and 30 days prior to your planned arrival date, your first deposit will be returned excluding a 700 USD cancellation fee. If a cancellation occurs within 30 days of your planned arrival date, no refund of the deposit will be offered. We will consider either a partial refund or moving the cancelled dates to another time that works for the renter if the property can be rebooked for the original dates. Please note that refunds can only be provided on the value of the rental and exclude all Homeaway, VRBO or Flipkey booking fees. We strongly encourage guests to purchase trip insurance.

The pictures on the website accurately depicted the property. 5 BR's and a separate Casita that was a large suite. Security was good. Physically less than a block to the beach. We spent a lot of time in the palapa and kitchen. We would return.

Amazing!!!
This property was excellent. The location was perfect. 5 minute stroll to the plaza and 2 min Walk to the beach. The house was exactly what the pictures showed if not better. Everything is really close. We walked everywhere and didn’t need to rent a golf cart. Lots of stairs but we did not find it to be a problem. Everything was really clean and comfortable. The house keeper Sonia was amazing. She cooked us dinner one night and it was phenomenal. Any issues we had were we taken care of immediately. No one got sick in our group we ate everywhere and drank bottled, filtered water and ice the house provided. We all loved everything about the house. There were 9 of us and there was more then plenty of space. I would definitely recommend this property.
