Incredible Views of the Beach and Ocean, covering 10 miles both East and West; from Morehead City to Bogue Inlet and beyond. All this, plus Linens & Towels Provided with Beds Made!(Weekly Stays Only).
CANCELLATION POLICY - Refunds will not be given in the event of unforeseen cancellations, unless the property is re-rented. If the property is re-rented for the specified period, monies will be refunded less a $125.00 cancellation fee, and any discounts/expenses required to re-rent.
WE ACCEPT THREE NIGHT RENTALS IN MARCH, APRIL, OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER. The rate for a three night rental is 3/4 of the weekly rate. The rate for a four night to seven night rental is the same as a weekly rental.
Ground Level: Wheelchair Accessible from Spacious Garage to new Elevator. Recreation Room with Pool Table, Soccer Table and Entertainment Center (55' LCD HD TV with a CD Player and NETFLIX) and a Second Refrigerator with Ice Maker. A built-in desk with free long distance (US) telephone and High-Speed Wireless Internet access. Two Queen size Futons and Bath with shower. Direct access (No Stairs) to Swimming Pool deck and Pier leading to Sitting Area at Edge of and Overlooking one of the most beautiful White Sandy Beaches on the Outer Banks.
Level One: Great Room has a Fireplace, Electric Logs, Built-in Bookcases and 40' LED HDTV with NETFLIX. Dining area. Kitchen with Island Bar and Stainless Steel Appliances, including a Microwave, Dishwater, Electric Stove, Refrigerator with Ice Maker and a Wine/Beverage Cooler. Breakfast Nook. Wheelchair Accessible Bathroom with Handicap Shower and two bedrooms: Bedroom #1 has a queen. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds which can be converted to a KING.
Level Two: Master Bedroom #3 has a King Bed, an Oceanfront Deck and a Private Bath with a separate wheelchair accessible shower and a Whirlpool Tub. Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed, an Oceanfront Deck, a Private Bath with a Whirlpool Tub and a separate shower. Bedroom #5 has a Queen Bed and an Oceanfront Deck. Bedroom #6 has a Double/Twin Bunk Set and a Twin Trundle Bed. Separate bath with a shower.
Additional Amenities include: High-Speed Wireless Internet, 8 Color Cable TVs (including a 55' LCD HD TV and a 40' LED HDTV, both with NETFLIX) CD players, Free Long Distance (US) Phone Service, Windows across the entire oceanfront side of home, Ceiling Fans throughout, Open and Covered Decks with Furniture and an Outdoor Charcoal Grill.

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Rents nightly with 3-night minimum stay, last minute or off-season only. Off -season includes late March, April, late October, November and December. Rates on 4 nights are the same as a week.

The house just amplifies the beach front location. Accommodated the needs of my 94-year old mother and all the other family members. The layout between floors and on each floor were perfect for needs of each individual, whether they wanted to be among a group or have time on their own

Fantastic Spring Break Stay
The home owner greeted us at the property with a homemade pound cake his wife made and a 30 min tour that allowed us to see where all of the switches, latches, booklets and other necessary items were located. The setup was beyond amazing and we will for sure be back to stay at this exact property!!

Spectacular home! It is the best beach home imaginable in every way! We loved everything about it!
From the minute we walked in the door, we loved everything about this home! The views of the ocean from the wall of windows spanning the living area and kitchen, views from the balcony on that level, and from the 3rd floor balcony are breathtakingly beautiful! We loved that the upstairs had 3 bedrooms with doors opening to the 3rd floor balcony with rocking chairs. All of the bedrooms are wonderful; the living room area is so cheerily decorated with comfortable furniture; the kitchen is very well stocked with anything you could possibly need; the game room with big screen tv and computer station is wonderful; and really, every single thing about this home is amazing! George and Suzanne have thought of everything, from a delicious welcome gift enjoyed by all, to having supplies and necessities to get us started for the week without having to go shop upon arrival, to having extra towels for each guest. They have so well maintained their home that everything looks brand new! The pool and hot tub are sparkling and very nice, right there to enjoy while seeing the beach and ocean! We held a family wedding on the beach at the end of our week there, and it was the absolutely most perfect setting with the beautiful home and beautiful beach and ocean! George and Suzanne are wonderful, welcoming owners who made it clear that they were available if we needed anything. The only problem with this home was that nobody wanted to leave - ever! It is the ideal place for a large family gathering - a happy, happy place, and all of our family and friends who were with us give it the highest recommendation possible! Stay here if you have a chance! It is paradise!
