Our tastefully furnished condo has it all, two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, fully equipped kitchen, A/C in every room, easily sleeps 6 with a king size bed in the master suite, two full size beds in the guest bedroom, and even a full size sleeper sofa. For your comfort, all beds are equipped with Serta Memory Foam Mattresses and 500+ thread count sheets. There is a 42” LCD HDTV and Blue Ray DVD player in the master suite and a 50” 4K UHD TV and Blue Ray DVD player in the living room. Dish satellite and wireless internet is provided at no cost to our guests. There is also a spacious terrace overlooking the lush gardens and beautiful swimming pool with your choice of a charcoal or gas grill to cook your favorite meal.
Every amenity has been included, such as the most luxurious pool in Playa, two huge whirlpool tubs, six in-pool lounging beds, equipped fitness center, game area with pool table, air hockey, and ping pong table. There is also a private parking space in the underground parking garage and elevators from the garage to all floors of the condo complex. Take a look at the pictures and I think you will agree. Sabbia is located in the best neighborhood in Playa del Carmen and is close to everything: a short two minute walk to the famous 5th Avenue and another couple of minutes to the pristine waters of the Caribbean and the white sands of Mamitas Beach, restaurants to suit any taste, supermarkets, upscale stores, exciting tours, and the list goes on and on. Even though a private parking space is provided for you in the underground garage, a car is not necessary. You are within walking distance to everything!

Perfect Oasis
Our stay at the Sabbia Condo was absolutely perfect! The condo is clean & comfortable with a great modern feel. The kitchen has everything you're looking for, the living room is perfect for lounging around, and the beds are so comfortable they make it hard to get out! The grounds were well kept & secure. The pool was an oasis! We lounged at the pool for hours almost every day. It was a real escape from every day life. At night it was an easy short walk to 5th Avenue where there was all the shopping, dining, & tourist attractions you could hope for. There are lots of great local restaurants even closer, including a great local restaurant right accross the street from Sabbia with a bar and pool to lounge in if you're looking for a change of scenery. The beach is literally just a few blocks away. This condo had everything we could have asked for & we would definitely go back!

Absolutely Perfect
Wow, where do I start? This place is amazing! Everything is brand new and isn't like most places I've stayed with cheap furniture and outdated pictures. Everything is even better than advertised with this place. All of the furniture was super nice and comfortable and the beds were better than my bed at home. The owners have thought of everything. The kitchen is well stocked. There is a great Webber grill on the back patio for grilling fresh fish or a nice steak. There were even maps that we referred to every day from MapChick that told us a ton of great suggestions for places to eat. Speaking of food, we found several great places to eat within just a few steps of the condo, including our favorite place right across the street. Walking to the beach everyday was a breeze and we always felt safe wherever we went. There were a couple of afternoons that we decided to just hang out by the pool and I'm convinced this place has one of the nicest pools in Playa. There are 6 sunbeds in the pool along with a shallow play area for kids. It was kind of fun meeting people from several different countries while at the pool and everyone was so nice. We also liked the security of having the doorman at the condo and I haven't really seen that anywhere else I have been in Mexico. We will definitely be booking a return trip and can't wait to get back.

Wonderful condo in an ideal location.
We just returned from an absolutely ideal vacation in Playa del Carmen. This condo is so modern, clean, and well equipped. Fifth avenue is just steps away and the closest beach is breathtaking. The pool area was relaxing, and lots of fun for the kids. We really enjoyed the international mix of the other guests staying at the property. The condo itself is super clean, modern, and well appointed. We were able to prepare all of our meals which saved us a significant amount of money. The condo had an ample amount of towels and having the washer and dryer was wonderful. The underground parking was a definite plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful as was the property management company. The check in and check out process was extremely smooth. I could go on and on. You cannot go wrong with this property. Relaxing ,secure, & beautiful accommodations
My husband Jim and I have nothing but good things to say about our stay at Sabbia Condo. We were delighted to find everything we needed at the condo to make us comfortable. We felt safe and the staff were always very friendly and helpful. It was awesome to be so close to all we were hoping to do. We loved 5th Avenue, the beach, wonderful restaurants, some within a block of the condo, also the pool was very clean and never crowded. We rented a car a couple of days to go deep-sea fishing, and to experience Tulum and to snorkel at Akumal. Rita and Tom definitely did their research when they purchased this property. An absolutely awesome condo
My husband and I just recently stayed at this condo. We had the privilege of meeting the owners, Tom and Rita, and they are a very delightful couple and we were so impressed with them. Their condo is very tastefully decorated and a very comfortable condo to stay in and entertain. Their washer/dryer are absolutely awesome - the best. Everything about this condo is top notch. We have stayed at other condos in the area but this one tops all of them. The security at this building is great so you feel absolutely safe and the front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. 5th avenue is just around the corner and the condo is located close to any kind of activity you want to do. I would definitely recommend this condo and we want to stay there again in the future.

A Taste of Paradise
Just returned home (and back to snow) from the winter in Playa del Carmen. Our stay at Sabbia was another wonderful way to spend our time. The unit is very nice and fully stocked with everything you need to have a great holiday. The complex itself is save and clean as the workers are always ensuring the grounds are maintained very well. The staff is friendly and it's nice to return back to happy, familiar faces. We love our stay at Sabbia and thank Tom and Rita for proving us with such a nice place to call 'home' during the winter.

Wonderful and relaxing time
The property is in great condition, very clean and well furnished. We enjoyed very much our stay, we were very comfortable and all our needs were met. There was some confusion when we first showed up but the manager came to the rescue and was very helpful and figured things out very quickly. Everything else went smoothly and everyone around were very helpful and kind. The location was perfect and we felt very safe. We loved our time in Playa del Carmen and we can't wait to come back. Another great stay
We just finished another great stay at Tom and Rita’s condo and we love it more every time we come. The condo is always very clean and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location is super safe and the perfect distance from the 5th Ave crowds. A short 5 minute walk has you right in the middle of great restaurants, shopping and the beach but the condo is always so quiet and peaceful at night. We can’t wait to come back!!
