There is even a Zoo! In addition guests can book various activities through the Hotel including Dolphin Swimming, Para-sailing, Deep Sea Fishing, and Snorkeling.
For an additional fee, guests will also have access to the Golf Club, Fitness Center and Beach Club. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was very well appointed with an amazing view of the ocean. The balcony was very large, with ample comfortable furniture, a table and lounge chairs. There was a great selection of movies. The owner, Duane, was very easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

Greatest place to stay
Great location , great owner ,great view I couldn't found a better place to take my wife and two children. There is a lot of older friendly people there and the place has great kids pool that the kids had to there self . The beach is clean and lots of palapas. It is a must see condo and resort!!!

Great Vaacation Place
Playa Royale Tower 1 has to be the best place to stay in/near Puerto Vallarta and this condo has to one of the best. Excellent view from the fifth floor; great communications with the owner; and all the staff very friendly and helpful. Easy to get to. This condo is on our list of “would stay there again” .

Great Property
We stayed in this unit in august of 2015. The unit is perfectly situated with spectacular views. The staff at this complex were wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The unit was clean and comfortable. The in unit wi-fi was great. There was a repair needed to a shower door in the unit during our stay, however the staff were gracious and worked around our vacation schedule. It was not impactful at all. Dealing with the owner was easy and found him to be responsive. We have been to Puerto Vallarta many, many times, but now we plan to be regulars to Nuevo Vallarta. A lovely area and a lovely unit.

BEST OCEAN FRONT CONDO/ BEST LOCATION/ BEST BEACH
This place is AMAZING!!! The property (Playa Royale) is gorgeous!!! Everything thing is so well maintained... there is not a leaf on the ground. Welcome to paradise here. This condo has it all..... ocean front/beach front!!!! The kitchen is awesome if you want to cook! It has every thing..I loved that there were spices and condiments we all could use. The whole kitchen, dining room, living room, look on to the expansive patio which you can see the most breath taking sunsets. I loved the master bedroom which opens to the patio and at night, you can leave the door open to hear the ocean!!!!!!!!!!!! As far as convenience... they are right across from an ATM, hopsital, coffee shop, bank, casino, and restaurants. A 5 minute walk and you are at a mini mall which has a full grocery store, shops, and more restaurants. The beach here is expansive and flat... great for walking. Playa Royale is a top notch complex! Beautiful pools, hots tubs and a beach club. The owner, Duane, is very easy to work with as well.

Amazing Condo with Ocean View
Duane's Condo was perfect for our family of 4's first Mexico beach vacation. The condo had a picture perfect view of the ocean and amazing sunsets. It is spacious, has a full stocked kitchen and is in a central location in NV, walking distance to shopping and dining. The resort staff was friendly, attentive and the resort was very well kept. We felt safe enough to our 10 year old go to the pool unattended. We will be back.

Stunning views and gorgeous complex
Playa Royale is such a beautiful condo complex and this unit provides ample space and amenities for a wonderful stay. Overlooking the beach and ocean unobstructed from the large balcony is the highlight of the unit. We saw dolphins and whales in the bay almost every morning from there! We certainly recommend this spot for a wonderful getaway. Thanks for everything, Duane!

The ocean front condo was wonderful! The grounds were beautiful and always being cared for. The location is great whereas you can walk to so many places and felt safe. We will definitely be back to Playa Royals!

6 night stay
We just got back from our trip and staying at this condo was exactly as we hoped. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and with a great view, great beach and fun pool. We enjoyed getting drinks by the pool and beach, letting the kids play, and we felt so safe in this area. Thanks Duane for letting us enjoy this place- we loved it!
