In a lovely, secluded country setting, two enchanting little log cabins nestle among oaks and maples in a meadow abundant with wildlife.
The Robin is a two-bedroom/one full bath chalet. The cabin has central AC/heat, a huge wood-burning fireplace, a skylight, a two-person indoor Jacuzzi and an enclosed lighted back deck. Though designed with couples in mind, it can easily accommodate 4-5 people. This charming, intimate cabin is perfect for your honeymoon, anniversaries, or other special celebrations.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed with pillow top mattress, huge two-person Jacuzzi, French doors leading to the enclosed rear deck with gas grill, lounge and eating facilities. A spiral staircase leads to a loft bedroom, fully furnished with two supremely comfortable twin beds. The large bath downstairs is placed for utmost privacy and convenience. All towels and linens are provided.
Kitchen is fully equipped for all cooking and baking, with separate dining area. The living room, with A sofa (not a sleeper sofa), comfortable recliner and rocking chair, centers around a 26-foot stone wood-burning fireplace. The front entrance French doors on both sides of fireplace open to a spacious front deck.
The Robin is a wonderful getaway cozy “nest” hidden away in a wooded meadow. Turn down the lights, put on your favorite music, and enjoy the memorable moments. Sit on the deck early mornings or evenings and watch for deer, wild turkeys. West Virginia’s beautiful birds—and an occasional black bear! Make it your starting point for the many activities and adventures, historic and scenic places within easy reach in southern West Virginia.
