Los Vientos in Puerto Adventuras is a gated secured location, and your home to a very relaxing get-away. Swim with the dolphins (4-5 min walk), walk to the ocean (4-5 min), golf our beautiful course, dive our barrier reef and enjoy our numerous local restaurants and shops. Fresh fish provided daily highlight many local menus while you dine under the stars next to the very active dolphin pens
Or, do nothing, but enjoy the water views from your shaded patio that overlooks Puerto's longest swimming pool. Enjoy a good book with a cold beverage of choice. Interests in fishing and/or scuba diving the barrier reef are satisfied when we make arrangements for you to be picked up at our marina behind the condo for your days events. Our 3-bedroom slice of paridise has 2 King master bedroom, and a 2-twin bed room, each with its own ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own mini-split air conditioner and 7 fans are located thoughout the unit in all bedrooms and living rooms for natural comfort. A half bath is located off the main hallway.
The living area has dining capabilities for 6 at the new dining table and 4 additional new bar stools at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is completely stocked with all needed dining ware, silver ware, pots and pans, cookie sheets, blender, hand mixer, and a coffee pot. For cooking, if not dining out at one of the many gormet restaurants, a microwave and stove with electric oven are available. A stainless steel 2-door refrigerator/freezer will accomodate any food storage required. Sattelite TV provides local and international reception and our DVD player is available for additional entertainment.
Our property manger lives on site and is available to assist in scheduling events, local information, and may be contacted to provide transportation to/from the Cancun airport (1 hr. drive). He will introduce you to your home-away-from-home.

Just perfect.
Our first trip to the Riviera Maya was highlighted by our stay at this lovely condo. My family of 4 and another couple had plenty of room and we loved the fact that this location is not in the hustle and bustle of Cancun and Carmen. We were minutes from Tulum, and made the excursion to Coba to climb the ruins there. It was an easy walk to the center of Puerto Aventuras where we ended up eating most of the time. Terrific restaurants and for liquor and breakfast items there was a huge grocery store (a sort of Mexican Walmart) right across the highway. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay and relax. Great bang for the buck!

Relaxing Vacation!
This was our 4th trip to Quintana Roo and our favorite condo. Our group was 6 people ranging from age 1 to 74. It suited our needs perfectly! Although this location does not claim it is accessible for people with disabilities, it is on the first floor and was easy enough for my mother in law to traverse with a walker and safe for our toddler to explore and play. Spacious rooms throughout with a fabulous kitchen and outdoor gas grill. Each one of us found ourselves in the pool quite often and with the different depths, was enjoyable for any age. I personally enjoyed being close to the boats and watching them come and go throughout the day. We had a rental vehicle but guests do not need one to get around PA. Our local day trips included Xcarate, Tulum, Playa Del Carmen and Cozumel. We we weren't travelling, we lounged at the condo or walked to the harbor/drove via the golf cart to eat at the many restaurants, shop at the stores or watch the dolphins play. It would have been easy enough to take a charter boat ride or play on the beach as much as we liked. The owner and property manager were very attentive to our needs and shared plenty of local information. I would very much like to stay here again! Highly Recommended!
Just what we hoped it would be... lovely!
This property is just as described, you can be confident about booking. Absolutely spotless, well equipped and very comfortable. Pool is lovely, well maintained and clean. Pool toys provided. Big fridge, well stocked kitchen, AC in all bedrooms and lots of big, soft towels. Even pool/beach towels, nice touch. Bathrooms are very nice, master bathroom has big closets. Laundry room is huge, just dump the wet/sandy beach stuff in there and wash away. Loved watching the boats putter by as they go in and out. We travel to the area often and would be happy to stay again. Thanks!
Relaxing
Our family of 5 stayed here very comfortably. Having so much space it was easy to get everyone ready at the same time to go out and enjoy this amazing area. The kids loving having a pool that wasn't crowded and only steps from the door. There is so much to see and do in this area we didn't mind being a short distance from the beach. Shopping for groceries was close by and reasonably priced, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The owners were helpful and easy to deal with as was the property manager on site.

Slice of Paradise
The location of this property is perfect. You are in a gated community with all the amenities you need and or want. You never have to leave-nor will you want to! That being said, you are close enough to consider exploring the many sights along the Mayan Riviera. There are plenty of activities to pick from. The condo is spotless and well maintained with a full equipped kitchen (and outside gas grill). The listing of this property is spot on. Everything you need for your vacation is there. We chose to dine one night in Playa del Carmen and while it was fun to see the "street vendors" we had far better meals in the PA community. Great eats and drinks at your front door, if you can ever pull yourself from the back door- with the pool and patio it can be hard to do. One evening we hired a local chef to come in and prepare us dinner at home. WOW what a treat. He did the shopping, cooking, serving, and cleaning. We only supplied the wine and you can get that in the center of PA at a local shop. This property can appeal to the laid back family or group and yet the more adventurous will have plenty to pick from with the ruins, cenotes, fishing, and theme/water parks all nearby. I would and have recommended this condo. We hope to return.

I Loved This Place
I rented this condo for one month. I had never stayed in Puerto Aventuras before so didn't really know what to expect. From the beginning the owners were very helpful in providing information etc. The condo is lovely. Well equipped (with the exception of a dishwasher which I didn't realize when I booked it), quite large and open, and very comfortable. There are three bderooms, one of which is the master with a king size bed, and one with two twin beds and one with a queen size bed. Each bedroom has its own ensuite which is fabulous! There is a two piece bathroom just of the kitchen...very handy. There are sliding glass doors that open up to the patio which makes it feel like an extension of the living room.....I practically lived out there! The canal system is right there at the patio and its great watching the traffic going up and down. The pool is terrific....I would guess it is about 150 ft long and an nice refreshing temperature. There are yard and pool attendants there every day making sure the pool is clean and sanitized, and the yards well manicured. I had some minor kitchen sink problems which the property manager who also resides on site had fixed very quickly with minimal inconvenience. The community is awesome. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach and to the town square. There are many restaurants and bars and a couple of gelato places, and a couple of convenience stores as well. I did rent the available golf cart from the condo owners to travel into the town square, and we golfed quite a few rounds at the golf course which is also very nice, so the golf cart was handy for that. This is a gated community and there was not one moment over that month that I felt nervous or uncomfortable. There are security cameras everywhere. My son somehow lost his wallet while there. Security felt quite confident they would find it reviewing the tapes...however no such luck. But that should make anyone who is worried about safety in Mexico feel quite at ease and safe here!! We did not have a rental car at all. We walked to the grocery store across the highway regularly, but there is a taxi stand a five minute walk from the condo for those that don't want all the exercise!! There is a Weber BBQ on the patio which I used Everyday.....and the bottle of propane never went dry! We met many nice folks
Found My Paradise
This was my first stay at this property, I hope it was not my last, I would like to make this an annual trip. The gated community offers a very secure and safe environment. You never have to leave if you don't want to everything you could ever want is right there. I do recommend renting the golf cart, very efficient way to get around. The owners made sure my stay was everything I expected and more, I had everything I needed. The handy "Tips sheets" was very useful. The condo is very clean, spacious and had all the amenities you could ever want. The view is beautiful!!! I found my paradise!!

Great place to stay!
This property met all our expectations - comfortable, spacious, safe, easy access to the sweet pool out the back, "Lalo" the site manager very friendly and helpful, easy access to all the cenotes, mayan ruins and beaches up and down the ":strip" between Cancun and Tulum.... internet wireless a bit spotty. Owners very nice and helpful and efficient. The "Riviera Maya" is basically overdeveloped and access to ocean beaches has been gobbled up by private resorts, but if you are just looking to chill with family in a suburban environment this could be the place for you.

We had a dream vacation in the condo: a spacious living room overlooking an idyllic pool facing the boats and a very well maintained garden; tastefully decorated rooms with each for large bathrooms with dressing room; all this in a secure marina of high standing with the presence of dolphins, activities, restaurants and beautiful beaches. Steve the owner was very attentive to our well being and offered us a quality service. A host like we would like to meet each rental! To recommend without moderation.
