Point of View is the perfect retreat while visiting Paradise Valley, Yellowstone or Montana. Located at the end of a road and directly on the Yellowstone River with amazing, unobstructed and completely private views of Paradise Valley, Emigrant Peak, and Greater Yellowstone area. Point of view abutts 1200 undeveloped acres to the south making this an ideal family rental spot for rest & relaxation or the perfect jumping off place for all your outdoor activities.
The home is 3 bedrooms and two baths and has been updated with wood vinyl floors, an amazing sunroom, new appliances, and beautiful furnishings. The master bedroom offers views of the river and features a queen bed. The guest bedrooms each have a mountain view and sleep two more in each.
Onsite amenities feature a firepit by the river, private boat launch, and two additional tipis which can be rented in addition to the house for $85 per tipi/night. Each tipi can sleep two or 3 people
The acre by the river is great for fishing, swimming, BBQ, family games, smores by the fire, stargazing and more.
Chico Hot Springs, a must visit when in the area, is 10 minutes away by car. Chico is a resort and hot springs originally built in 1900. Chico today features an award-winning restaurant, saloon, two hot springs, poolside grill and is an area favorite of locals and tourist alike.
The nearby town if Emigrant 10 minutes away also features a few great places to eat and an old-time general store that has at least one of Everything! Historic Livingston is 20 minutes by car. Gardiner and the north entrance to Yellowstone National Park are 20 minutes away.
This is a great site for a summer wedding or event. We have had over 10 weddings here in the past, married right next to this historic river. Additional event fees may apply. Ask the Owner for additional details.
Come and visit Southwest Montana. We have crystal clear air, wide open spaces, lots to see and do or just sit and enjoy the privacy and the quiet in a perfect vacation setting.

Wonderful warm and welcoming place with a great view of the mountains and Yellowstone.
This was the perfect spot for our ladies weekend. The place was spacious for our group and appreciated the dog friendly environment. It was conveniently located close to Chico, Bozeman, and even a birthday gathering at the Grand in Big Timber. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your wonderful place!

Spectacular
This is the third year our two couple crew spent the weekend in the Paradise house. The views are stunning and the owners and caretakers are the best. The only small, very small issue would be the frying pan situation. Very worn and extremely difficult to clean. The house is comfortable, very clean and we will be booking it again next year. Much more reasonable than two rooms at Chico and the house is only five miles away?????

Beautiful setting and very comfortable house
We stayed for 2 nights and all of us wanted to stay longer. The house had everything we needed, was very comfortable and the layout was fantastic. We watched two bald eagles fish from the bonus room. It was fantastic.

Birthday Getaway Weekend
We celebrated two friends birthday's for the weekend at this house. Plenty of space for 7 of us to sleep. Loved how big the kitchen was for all of our cooking. 15 minutes from Chico which is a great place to spend a day. Check in and out were both very easy and the owners kept in contact with us via text for anything we needed! We'll definitely come again!

Beautiful river views!
The views from this river home are amazing! We saw a bald eagle, deer, and swans. The home itself is awesome! We visited with family from out of state. The living room is huge and open to the kitchen. The privacy of the home is great! End of the road with one neighboring house that is blocked by trees. We were welcomed by the house manager upon arrival. She made sure if we needed anything we could contact her. We would definitely stay at this home again!!

Yellowstone, Relaxation and Beauty
Great location and property! We went into Yellowstone each day, and it was fantastic beginning and concluding each day with the great views and relaxing place. Chico Hot Springs was also great, so close and the food was delicious. Want to come back already!!

Family trip out West
My husband and I took our four daughters (ages 7 to 15yrs) out West from Wisconsin. Point of View house was fantastic. The view and privacy of the property is fantastic. The house is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed. It’s about a 45 min drive to Gardiner and was fine for our 2 day trips into Yellowstone. The house manager, Siobhan, was so helpful, responsive and kind. We had a great stay and hope to return someday :)
