The living room consists of a cozy sitting area and entertainment unit. The sofa set converts into two single beds and the condo can sleep four guests comfortably.
The fully equipped kitchen features a dining bar for four. The condo also includes central air and secure wireless internet. It is extremely clean and comes complete with all amenities that you may need such as towels, bedding, hair dryer, iron, bottled water etc … The condo is always maintained and kept with the guest in mind.
The Monarca is a meticulously maintained, Five Star Exclusive Condominium complex that is very private and situated on the best part of El Palmar Beach away from the noisy hotel zone. The Monarca is one of the smallest condominium complexes on the beach and therefore offers peace and quiet around the pool and on the beach. One never has to reserve a lounge chair or a spot by the pool. There is always plenty of room and lounge chairs for all guests to relax and enjoy.
The Monarca includes fabulous, meandering pools and pool area. A large sunbathing terrace overlooking the ocean and private palm fringed beach area. Plenty of shade under umbrellas or natural palm trees.

Great gem on the beach
The condo was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and also very vigilant on who was entering and leaving the property. Our contact Mark was very helpful and gave us alot of information on things to do and places to eat. Overall it was a great experience.
