New, clean, and quiet with a very kind and friendly matron-
The home our 2nd story room was in was new, clean, and quiet. We were greeted with a pineapple smile and hug from the owner's mother. She didn't speak English, but other guests from Europe did and they translated for us. I would have called the owner for help in English if I had needed it. They have a pool onsite--the water was pretty cool though for a nighttime swim. The kitchen was beautiful, clean, and available. The pictures of the community pool on the VRBO site don't do it justice--the water is very clean and clear--but also cool. The home is in a gated community, very safe. We spoke with other residents in the community and they were very friendly. It is a short drive to Puerto Morelos.
