Luxury front line 2 bedroom apartment in a gated development, metres from the sea with truly magnificentviews across to Gibraltar and the North African coast where you can relax to the sound of the waves on the large terrace.
It is situated in Estepona on the New Golden mile, 10 minutes from Puerto Banus and 15 minutes from cosmopolitan Marbella. Adjacent to the main promenade in Estepona and a two minute walk to the wide sandy beaches with beach bars and restaurants. The urbanisation is maintained to a good standard throughout. The apartment is south facing and the large terrace provides a great view of the beach and the sea. The living room is a good size and has a modern sofa area and a dining table for four people. On the terrace there are four comfortable sunbeds, a big lounge bed and a further dining table. The kitchen is very well equipped with all mod cons. There is a family shower room accessed from the hallway. The master bedroom has a large kingsize bed and provides an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The apartment is fully air conditioned. There is WIFI and TV with international channels. Parking for one car is provided under the building. This apartment offers high standard accommodation next to the beach within walking distance of many bars, restaurants and a large supermarket.
Estepona is a very charming traditional Spanish coastal village with a beautiful seafront walking promenade, sandy beaches, a lively old port and a traditional historical centre with a large choice of restaurants.

Home from Home
The apartment itself is immaculate and has the feeling of home from home with all the facilities one needs in a self contained apartment. Stunning views, fabulous balcony and walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and the amazing Carrefour which is a minute walk from the apartment and offers a fresh fish counter, fresh pasta and the usual supermarket produce. Bikini Beach is also worth a visit again a 5 minute walk from the apartment, all in all our stay was everything we could have asked for, we highly recommend it .

Simply beautiful
From the moment we arrived at the apartment it instantly felt like home. Immaculate throughout and equipped with everything you need, the views from the terrace are simply stunning! The location is fantastic and would be hard to better, you are 30 seconds walk from the Carrefour which sells practically everything and even has chefs cooking fresh sushi! A very short walk down the promenade leads to beautiful restaurants and bars and all the while you have the sea in view! If you fancy a longer walk you will arrive at the port which has even more restaurants and a market. Bikini Beach Club

A great place to stay
This apartment is excellent both in terms of its location and design. The balcony in particular is perfect for a lazy day and the facilities are comprehensive. It is close to a large supermarket, the motorway and a promenade that within 15 minutes walk takes you into the city itself where numerous shops and restaurants can be found. The Argentinian Grill being highly recommended. Our only disappointment is that some trees obscured the view of the sunset but I understand this is not the case in the summer. Well worth a visit, if we decide to return to the area this will be our return accommodation
