Great family vacation house.
Great experience from start to finish. Ned is a great guy. Communication is always helpful in a rental experience. We exchanged several emails before our rental so that we were prepared for our arrival. We spoke with Ned on the way to and once we arrived on site. He met us at the unit to give us the key. He was quick to replace a few light bulbs that were out after we let him know. We had 5 kids in the house and there was plenty of room for them to play and enjoy themselves. They all enjoyed the game room. The kitchen was equipped with all the tools we needed to enjoy a few meals in house. Overall great experience. Would recommend to any families with kids.
Ned's property is immaculate! Best home I have rented and I have been renting in NH for over 25 years!
