Very clean
We enjoyed our stay in North Conway. The condo was very clean upon arrival. I was pleasantly surprised to find a hair dryer when I had forgotten mine at home. We were traveling with our one year old son who loves stairs and found the one story layout really great for our current needs. The pool was really close by and our three year old was thrilled to swim every night we were there. The description insinuated an easy walk into town. Without sidewalks and on a main road, I didn’t think it was safe, and probably a 35-40 minute walk. We were traveling with one car and were depending on the easy walk into town for our older teenage children while we took the younger two out during the day. We managed but it was one of the main reasons we chose this condo and had to scramble to find a Plan B. We were visiting late July, early August and it was hot. The description very clearly states there is no AC but it was humid and made for a tough nights sleep. I’d imagine it is very comfortable most other times of the year, we just happened to be there on a very hot week. All and all the condo was very reasonably priced and we would recommend if looking for a neutrally located condo in North Conway.

weekend away
We booked Al's place for a week end get away to go tubing on the saco river. The check in process could not have been easier. The unit was very clean and well stocked. There was plenty of room for 3 couples to be very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!
