The villa features a spacious combination living/dining room that opens onto a partially covered expansive terrace, with outdoor dining area, wet bar, and Viking grill, adjacent to your private pool. The villa features upgraded landscaping, with lush palms providing additional privacy.
The primary Master Suite offers a private terrace, as well as a walk-in closet and an elegantly appointed master bath with double shower, oversized Jacuzzi bathtub (with flat-screen TV above tub), outdoor shower and patio.
The second bedroom, also with walk-in closet and private bath with shower and tub, opens up to the main terrace and features two queen beds, large-screen TV, and a built-in desk. The third bedroom has a Queen bed, ample closet, and a full bath with shower.
Just off the large central patio, which showcases a stunning water feature, volcanic stone backdrop and pebble-carpet detailing, is a gourmet kitchen and full laundry.

Fantastic Vacation - Fantastic Home
I can't say enough about our stay in Las Palmas at the Turnlund's home. Every part of the trip was seamless and made so easy by the capable hands of Eli at Casa Residential Management, Lupita and Suzy. The home in Las Palmas is just spectacular, with very easy access to everything Punta Mita has to offer. We spent days at each of the beach clubs and getting back and forth to the house for naps, snacks, etc. was seamless. Lupita kept the home spotless all week - a treat with the little ones and such a nice surprise to come back to after long days out and about. I can't say enough about this home, this destination and this vacation so thank you!

Wonderful vacation
A wonderful time enjoyed by us all. The house was well equiped and provided everything we needs. Lipita our housemaid was fantastic and went out of her way to make us “happy campers”.

Wonderful vacation/wonderful and convenient villa
We had a wonderful vacation and the villa was perfect for our family! The location is very convenient to explore all of the beach clubs included during the stay. Eli helped arrange grocery delivery which allowed us to prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen and save a bit on the cost of eating out the whole vacation. We hope to be back soon!
