Imagine having all the luxuries of a 5 star resort but with the conveniences of home. That is exactly what you will get with our Oceanfront condo within the gated community of Punta Mita, Mexico. Punta Mita is just 40 miles north of Puerto Vallarta and is fast becoming a worldwide destination, assisted in part by the unbelievable success of the 5 star Four Season’s Resort and the St. Regis Hotel.
That said, it is important to note that although many private owners advertise they are located in Punta Mita, UNLESS the property resides WITHIN the gates of the Punta Mita development (not the town of El Anclote, also known as Punta de Mita), you will not be able to play either of the Four Season’s managed golf courses (Pacifico and Bahia), use the tennis courts, fitness center or enjoy any of the Beach Clubs (the Resident's Beach Club, Kupuri Beach Club and Sufi (Playa Fortuna Beach Club) all designed exclusively for the residents and guests of Punta Mita. The Kupuri Beach Club, which is the focal point of Punta Mita., has a massive pool, spa, multiple bars/restaurant, and an awesome sandy beach where the kids (and parents) can boogie board and play. Owners must have the 'Premier' Membership to be able to use the Kupuri Beach Club, fitness center or to play the Bahia golf course. We do have it, which means our guests will have complete access.
Our condo, located in Hacienda de Mita, is WITHIN the gates of Punta Mita. At over 3500 square feet, we have 3 large bedrooms (plus a children’s bunk area), 4 ½ baths, pool, hot tub, private beach club for Hacienda de Mita owners and guests only, and an ocean that is just steps away. Each bedroom is well equipped with luxury pillow-top mattresses (Kings in bedrooms one and two and two queens in bedroom three), 500 thread count sheets, and oversized bath towels. Family room and master bedroom have Dish network so you will have all the channels and comforts of home.
The kitchen opens to the dining and living area and the huge 30 x 15 patio. The patio doors slide completely back leaving a 20 foot open doorway onto the patio. It is exactly what you would imagine an oceanfront condo to be. Hacienda de Mita also has its own private beach club for the use of our residents only. It has an infinity edge pool, massage area, relaxing sofas and chairs and a kitchen area for you to store anything for the day. Currently there is beverage and food service courtesy of some of the local restaurants nearby. Of course, the entire development is guard gated 24 hours/day.
The location of Hacienda de Mita is perfect. We are less than a two minute walk to the town of Punta de Mita where 'restaurant row', an assortment of beachfront restaurants serving wonderful cuisine in a laid-back, 'tables in the sand' atmosphere awaits. There are approximately 10 restaurants, each of them directly on the beach.. If you prefer not to walk (or don't want to rent a car during your stay) we also have a six-seater golf cart which you can easily take anywhere within the gates (i.e Golf courses, beach clubs, fitness/tennis) or to the town of Punta de Mita next door. It is fully equipped with both headlights and taillights so you can travel safely at night.
If you‘re a golfer, your vacation just got better. Guests of our condo can enjoy either of the amazing Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses (the original one was voted the best resort course in the world by Conde Nast Travel, June 2006), featuring the famous 'tail of the whale' hole (a 170-210 yard carry to the only natural island green in the world). And once you hit your ball, you are escorted to the green in an amphibious golf cart as the cart path is under water at high tide (it’s an amazing experience). Our guests also receive a reduced rate as an unaccompanied guest for green fees.
Another special feature of our condo is the services of our full time housekeeper, Berta. She works 9 to 5 Monday through Saturday and is also available to make breakfast, lunch or a snack during your stay. You pay just the cost of the groceries required for whatever you request she makes. (compare this service with other rentals as many charge extra for daily cleaning or cooking and it is not a full-time person). With this service, you will not have to lift a finger during your stay and it will truly be the 'topper' to a great vacation.
Last but not least, guests have access to our concierge service. Whether it’s airport pickup/dropoff, a gourmet chef brought to your home, a massage, or activity tour, our concierge will be happy to accommodate you. We invite you to relax and enjoy in a place not often found so close to home.

We loved everything about our trip here! It was the most relaxing and enjoyable week ever. This condo is beautiful and Kim and Tom were so responsive to any and all of our questions. And having sweet Bertha and her daughter make us breakfast and lunch every day, and clean the entire condo every day were such gifts! We loved Kapuri Beach for boogie boarding, Porta Fortuna for renting paddle boards and kayaks, hanging out at the pool on the Hacienda Beach, and the boys had a ball surfing out in front of the condo and then over by La Lanchas (they were taken over by a water shuttle right in front of the condo). It is wonderful that this condo has access to all of these beaches in the gated community and the 6-person golf cart that comes with the condo is amazing to have! We loved eating at Is Senior and Punta Mercedes (great great steaks). We look forward to coming back to this exact area for the 4th time...and, hopefully, staying in this condo again. Another amazing stay
You simply can't go wrong by staying here.. we walked every night to a different restaurant in town, we woke up to beautiful views and our SUP tour started right on the beach in front of the condo... Don't get me started on the amazing cook Berta. Her meals were the best meals we had on the entire vacation. Loved our time here -..again!

Great apartment with all the facilities you need for a memorable family holiday
This is a well appointed apartment in the best location overlooking the beach and close to the village and restaurants.It has a pool in front and the beach is good for paddle boarding and surfing.It is staffed with a cook who is excellent and a housekeeper so it makes for a very relaxing holiday.It is close to the village and restaurants and the facilities within Punta Mita are excellent with several beach clubs including one with very good children's activities plus spas and golf courses so really something to do for all ages in a family group.Highly recommended.
